Continuing with our city rankings I will now take a look at the Central Washington region, which will include top players between the Yakima and Tri-Cities area. This region of Washington is sometimes overlooked, but there is a lot of talent and multiple college signees in the 2021 class.

Top 2021 Prospects In Central Washington

1) 5’11 SG [player_tooltip player_id="20225" first="Talia" last="von Oelhoffen"] (Chiawana HS) - Signed to Oregon State

The state’s top prospect is out of the Tri-Cities area representing Chiawana High School. von Oelhoffen is one of the nation’s best pure scorers as a three level scorer. She will be headed to play for Oregon State at the next level in the Pac-12, joining a top 25 program nationally.

2) 6’2 PF [player_tooltip player_id="82920" first="Trista" last="Hull"] (La Salle HS) - Signed to Boise State

The state’s top power forward prospect is out of Yakima. Hull has great fundamentals and footwork around the painted area, but she is also skilled enough to stretch the floor and knock down the short corner or high post jumper. I would not be surprised to see her knocking down the three ball at the next level as well. She will join one of the best Mountain West Conference programs in Boise State.

3) 5’8 SG [player_tooltip player_id="48020" first="Delaney" last="Pink"] (Chiawana HS) - Signed to University of Providence

A good athlete that excels on the defensive end with her quick hands and feet. The two-sport star will be playing both basketball and soccer at the University of Providence. She is a knockdown three point shooter and a very good player in transition. *Feature image

4) 6’2 C [player_tooltip player_id="82929" first="Gillyan" last="Landis"] (West Valley HS) - Unsigned

The top unsigned prospect in Central Washington. Landis is a strong body post that can set screens, roll, finish and score on putbacks. The 6'2 center cleans up on the glass, outlets and makes her presence felt during a game with her size. She will be able to help a four year program or go the national JC route if she so chooses.

5) 6’0 PF [player_tooltip player_id="48031" first="Chenoa" last="Louie"] (Royal City HS) - Signed to Saint Martin’s
One of the tougher players around, Louie is strong, physical and scrappy all over the floor. More than a scrapper, Louie has a solid offensive skill set with the ability to knock down the three ball, score in transition and make plays with her versatility and strength.
