Spokane, Washington has been a consistent hotbed for girls basketball recruiting for the last several decades. If you look at the results of the state tournament in multiple classes, Spokane area schools have dominated year after year. Central Valley and Liberty are the two latest Spokane schools to win state title this past year. While known for its great coaching and chemistry, Spokane has produced a lot of individual talent that colleges across the west coast and beyond love to recruit. The class of 2021 has less college talent than any class for Spokane in recent memory, but there are still some quality players, despite the area lacking the depth of talent it once had.

1) 5’6 PG [player_tooltip player_id="20230" first="Ashlyn" last="Wallace"] (Clarkston HS) - Signed to Idaho
A lefty point guard that really gets it done for Clarkston as she is aggressive and constantly looking to make plays for her high school team. She is good for 25+ points and several steals, rebounds and assists each game. She will be suiting up for her home state of Idaho at the next level.
2) 5’10 SF [player_tooltip player_id="85877" first="MJ" last="Bruno"] (Central Valley HS) - Signed to Portland
One of the top defenders and hustlers in the entire state who is fresh off helping Central Valley to yet another 4A state title. The state’s top program has consistently produced college players of all levels for many years now. Bruno is next in line and despite likely not having much of a senior season to play, she will be playing for the Pilots of Portland next year. *Feature image
3) 5’7 PG [player_tooltip player_id="82937" first="Andie" last="Zylak"] (Lewis and Clark HS) - Signed to Eastern Washington
Zylak is not a household name statewide, but she has a lot of game! She played an important role in helping Lewis and Clark to a 4A runner-up finish in her sophomore season. She can shoot, handle, pass and defends with aggression. A solid all around point guard that will develop nicely for EWU.
4) 5’9 SG [player_tooltip player_id="144526" first="Chloe" last="Williams"] (Central Valley HS) - Signed to Montana State-Billings
A prospect that really burst onto the scene this past season playing alongside Bruno. Williams is an outstanding shooter from three, but she also has deceptive athleticism and skill to get by her man to score in the paint. She has good length on the wing and will be a strong player for Montana State-Billings at the next level.
5) 5’8 PG [player_tooltip player_id="144525" first="Izzy" last="Boring"] (Shadle Park HS) - Signed to Corban University
Yet another quality guard out of the Greater Spokane League. Boring is the ultimate team player with her handle, vision and unselfishness. She is capable of putting up 18 points and 6 assists type numbers for Shadle Park. After receiving attention from several colleges of different levels, she decided to commit and recently signed to Corban University.
