2021 Rankings Update: Top Glue Players

Often times, glue players can serve as cornerstones for a team as they are able to make an impact on the court that ripples throughout the floor.  South Medford’s [player_tooltip player_id="158503" first="Bella" last="Stone"] is a high energy, high impact player for South Medford who plays a versatile role for the Panthers.  [player_tooltip player_id="204577" first="Addie" last="Reardon"] is a steadfast guard who knows her role as a disciplined defender and inspired offensive player.  [player_tooltip player_id="158506" first="Ana" last="McClave"] is a sharpshooter who also is a dynamic passer and defender for Oregon Elite Navy.  [player_tooltip player_id="158491" first="Skye" last="Miller"] is a guard with swagger and demeanor who uses her size and keen eye on both ends of the floor.  [player_tooltip player_id="247083" first="Mackenzie" last="Naro"] comes from a basketball family and uses her knowledge of the game flawlessly for Clutch Cardinal. <span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="158503" first="Bella" last="Stone"] 2021 5’5" PG South Medford</strong> - the South Medford guard is a high motor guard who serves as the engine for the Panthers as a steadfast who plays with resilience and energy.  She is slick with the handle and has the ball on a string.  Stone knows how to get to her spots and has a good mid-range game and knows when to dump it off.  Good defender who plays with great pace on that end as well.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="204577" first="Addie" last="Reardon"] 2021 5’9" SG Oregon Elite Gold/Lakeridge HS</strong> - Reardon is a player who fills various roles for Oregon Elite Gold as an inspired perimeter player whose efforts begin on the defense end.  She plays with great effort as an inspired on-ball defender who pesters her opposition into mistakes.  Offensively, she is a versatile scorer who can hit the floater, finish at the rim, and hit from alongside the arc.  </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="158506" first="Ana" last="McClave"] 2021 5’10" SG Oregon Elite Navy/Crescent Valley HS</strong> - the Western Oregon commit makes the most of her minutes for Oregon Elite Navy as an animated defender who plays with edge on that end of the floor as well as makes plays when the ball is in her hands.  She is a fearless shooter and is an excellent facilitator who was a knack for firing away passes the moment she glances at an open teammate.  </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="158491" first="Skye" last="Miller"] 2021 5’10" SG Oregon Triple/McKay HS</strong> - the slick ball-handling guard certainly has the perimeter skills, but she also has the competitive edge that allows her to handle other duties out on the floor.  Her physicality and solid frame allows her to be a good defender in the paint as she isn’t afraid of rolling up her sleeves.  She is a superb facilitator due in thanks to her ball handling skills and a three-level scorer.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="247083" first="Mackenzie" last="Naro"] 2021 5’8" SG Clutch Cardinal/Beaverton HS</strong> - Naro comes from a high basketball pedigree and her awareness and IQ on the court certainly reflects that.  She understands team sets on both ends of the floor, particularly offensively where she helps run the offense for Clutch Cardinal.  Mackenzie is a sharpshooter who has an excellent shot selection which results in exceptional three-point percentages.</span>
