Prep Girls Hoops Missouri takes a look at some of the major career milestones that have recently been reached by our standouts girls players around the state. This is the first wave of girls featured. We will have more listed going back to the beginning of 2021.
*Class of 2021 guard [player_tooltip player_id="106873" first="Makaiya" last="Brooks"] of Springfield Central recently scored her 2,000th career point. She is also among the state’s career leaders in multiple 3-point shooting categories.
*Class of 2022 guard [player_tooltip player_id="168020" first="Gracee" last="Smith"] of Arcadia Valley scored her 2,000th career point on Thursday night in a victory over Kingston. Smith scored 35 points in the 65-44 victory.
*Class of 2022 standout [player_tooltip player_id="168742" first="Madison" last="Nelson"] of Kingston scored her 1,500th career point on Thursday night in a game against Arcadia Valley. Ironically, it was in the same game in which A-V’s [player_tooltip player_id="168020" first="Gracee" last="Smith"] scored her 2,000th point.
*Class of 2021 forward [player_tooltip player_id="168019" first="Dori" last="McRaven"] of West County became her school’s career scoring leader on Thursday night in a victory over Bismarck. She scored 32 points to bring her current total to 1,763 points.
*Class of 2022 guard [player_tooltip player_id="107988" first="Mia" last="Nicastro"] of St. Charles West scored her 1,000th career point on Thursday night in a victory over Orchard Farm.
*Class of 2022 forward Hailey Shannon of Cabool recently reached the 1,000th point plateau in a victory over Eminence.
*Class of 2021 [player_tooltip player_id="106871" first="Isabel" last="Rohlfing"] of New Covenant scored her 1,000th career point last week in a victory over Lamar in the Stockton Tournament.
*Class of 2021 forward Sara Wolf of School of the Osage scored her 1,000th career point last week in a victory over Plato in the first round of the Osage Tournament.
