Thrower has the strength to attack of the dribble and absorb contact when getting inside. She’s a well-rounded scorer that can shoot the three and mid-range. Thrower is a reliable ball handler and has shown the ability to make the right pass when setting up teammates.
<strong>No. 27 || 5-7 PG [player_tooltip player_id="238213" first="Sophie" last="Smith"] – Denmark</strong>
A free-flowing scorer, [player_tooltip player_id="238213" first="Sophie" last="Smith"] has no issue with pulling up from well beyond the three-point line. She has the ball on a string when she creates outside and can slip past defenders and finish in the lane with a variety of moves. Smith always has her head up and looks to advance the ball on fast breaks. She can sometimes be a risk taker with her passes. She’s an exciting player to watch.
<strong>No. 29 || 5-6 PG [player_tooltip player_id="252748" first="Evelina" last="Davlakou"] – Johns Creek</strong>
[player_tooltip player_id="252748" first="Evelina" last="Davlakou"] transferred in from North Carolina and has brought with her, her dynamic playmaking and overall flashy style of play. Davlakou plays with swagger and confidence. She can push the pace and set the table for her teammates. She’s got a lightning quick three-point trigger.
<strong>No. 38 || 6-1 SG [player_tooltip player_id="253893" first="Jaclyn" last="Hester"] – Starr’s Mill</strong>
[player_tooltip player_id="253893" first="Jaclyn" last="Hester"] is a big guard that is an accurate shooter. She is lethal when she gets her feet set. Hester guards 1-5 with her length. She’s able to block shots without fouling. Hester averaged 21.1 points, 10 rebounds and 1.1 blocks. Hester went 162-177 from the foul line (92%).
<strong>No. 49 || 5-9 CG [player_tooltip player_id="252747" first="Haelim" last="Adle"] – North Forsyth</strong>
A strong guard that plays different positions. She can pound the ball hard and get to the hoop as a slasher. Adle provides toughness and can play the high post and battle inside for rebounds. She’s strong defender that can knock away loose balls and block shots without fouling. Her shooting form is unorthodox. If she can develop her outside shot, Adle could climb even higher.
