<strong>Morris Catholic Outlasts Sparta: </strong>Morris Catholic handed Sparta its first loss of the season Wednesday, winning 54-51. For Sparta (6-1), [player_tooltip player_id="155444" first="Brynn" last="McCurry"] netted a game-high 23 points to go with seven rebounds and five steals. [player_tooltip player_id="155447" first="Ally" last="Sweeney"] added 14 points for Sparta.
Despite being just a sophomore, Bailey has received a number of collegiate offers from top programs around the nation.
<strong>Red Bank Catholic Returns With Statement: </strong>After not playing for 13 days, Red Bank Catholic returned to action with an emphatic 75-21 victory over Red Bank Regional. [player_tooltip player_id="134631" first="Ally" last="Carman"] led RBC with 21 points, and three other players scored in double figures for the winners. Lucy Alberici added 14 points, Casey Prior hit three 3-pointers on the way to 13 points and Emma Carman finished with 12 points.
<strong>Adams Leads Manchester Township: </strong>[player_tooltip player_id="134607" first="Destiny" last="Adams"] helped Manchester Township end its two-game slide with a dominant performance on Wednesday in a 68-57 victory over Life Center. The North Carolina commit went for 30 points, 12 rebounds, five blocks, three steals and three assists, hitting three 3-pointers. Devyn Quigley and Amyah Bray both scored in double figures for Manchester Township.
<strong>Pair of Double-Double Performances Lead Shawnee: </strong>Shawnee ended Lenape’s three-game winning streak and picked up a 53-30 win on Wednesday. It was a dominating second half for Shawnee, outscoring Lenape 32-8. For Shawnee, Nia Scott totaled 16 points, 11 rebounds and two blocks, and Avery Kessler added 15 points, 10 rebounds, four assists and three steals. Nicole Miller poured in 13 points.
