The class of 2022 rankings have been updated on the site. There has been some movement at the point guard position and this group has some really good depth with a handful of mid-major Division 1 prospects. Below is part one of a long list of the top point guards.
<h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The State’s Top ’22 PG</strong></span></h3>
5’8 PG [player_tooltip player_id="27947" first="Veronica" last="Sheffey"] (Woodinville HS) - Lefty PG who flat out gets it done on both sides of the ball. Sheffey can score from all three levels, but she is also an unselfish passer that will initiate her team’s half court offense. On defense, she really slides her feet well laterally and can provide solid on ball defense.

5’7 PG [player_tooltip player_id="27939" first="Mackendra" last="Konig"] (Jackson HS) - A high volume scorer at the high school level that’s shown the ability to play a distributing role at the point guard position in club ball. Konig is a solid defender and has a good feel and understanding of the game.
<h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Stock Rising</strong></span></h3>
5’7 PG [player_tooltip player_id="27930" first="Mya" last="Groce"] (Pasco HS) - Another two-way point guard that has started garnering more and more college attention. Groce plays with good tempo and plays good team ball. She is a capable three point shooter and a hard working defender. *Feature image

5’7 PG [player_tooltip player_id="27948" first="Rosa" last="Smith"] (Lake Washington HS) - One of the most skilled players for her class and a clear cut Division 1 prospect. She’s a good midrange and long range shooter with good form. Smith has a strong handle and gets to her spots on the floor. Overall, Smith is a leader with high character that can help a Division 1 program.
5’6 PG [player_tooltip player_id="27951" first="Jazmyn" last="Stone"] (Annie Wright School) - Another Division 1 recruit in the 2022 class that has a good feel for the game and some play making ability. Stone plays with good tempo and can cause some havoc on the defensive end.
