2023 Rankings Update
The class of 2023 rankings have officially been updated on the PGH Washington site. The updated rankings include 50 prospects in the sophomore class. Unfortunately for this group, the evaluation opportunities for many more players have just not been there. As the world and basketball scene gets more and more back to normal, more players will be identified and evaluated.
The class of 2023 is really strong at the top with some truly interchangeable pieces that can all really compete at a high level. This crop of talent in Washington’s sophomore class was visibly strong dating back to their late elementary days when I first got a look at many of these players that are still hooping at a high level in high school. A handful of girls are on pace to play at the high major Division 1 level and double digit girls will more than likely find their way to the mid-major Division 1 levels. The small college prospects are still blooming and will become more apparent over the course of time.
