Here are a few players who opened the eyes of PGH Ohio during their game in Session Two.
Kelsey Erford Kelsey Erford 5'8" | CG Ottawa Glandorf | 2021 OH , 5-6 2021, Ottawa Glandorf
Incredibly tough guard who can create well and produces in multiple ways. Will get her team involved and while she only scored six points in this game, she did so much more to lead her team. Very good passer and gets the best shot for her team. Solid defender on-ball and moves well to make good options on the floor.
Kelsey Wolfe, 5-8 2021, Waynedale
Another player who played well in her teams tough loss in the semis. One of the best pure shooters in the building as she connected on a trip of three-point shots on her way to nine points. She has good handles and moves well without the ball. Workhorse of the team playing over 30 of the 32 minutes.
Morgan Yoder Morgan Yoder 5'8" | CG Berlin Hiland | 2021 State OH , 5-9 2021, Berlin Hiland
Good complete game for Morgan as Hiland survived a tough battle against Purcell Marian in the semis. Like Kelsey, it was a gritty performance by Yoder playing over 30 minutes in the win. Good floor general with a complete game scoring eight points with a pair of assists. Created turnovers and had four steals for the Hawks. Headed to Ashland and has good next level skills.
McKenna Haugabook, 5-10 Jr., Purcell Marian
Coming off the bench and playing over 25 minutes was a player who did a good job around the paint. Good hands and nearly led Purcell Marian to the big win. Scored nine points in the semifinal game and looks to return for a strong senior season.
