This is Part 4 of the 2021 series, with more to come Monday before we head into the 2022 class ranking update.
Addi Dillow Addi Dillow 5'7" | PG Coal Grove Dawson Bryant | 2021 OH , 5-7 Coal Grove
Really loved her game and her ability to score from multiple locations on the court. Incredible athlete, actually going college to play softball but just as easily could have gone to play basketball. Addi (pictured above) has a very high motor with excellent handles who can run the offense well. Showed a lot of range and confidence to score from behind the arc. Can put the ball on the floor and get to the rim. Averaged 24 points per game, and finished her career ranked #45 in the final 2021 PGH rankings after being overlooked at the last update in 2020..
Dana Rose Dana Rose 6'0" | SF Fort Loramie | 2021 State OH , 6-0; Kenzie Hoelscher Kenzie Hoelscher 6'0" | SF Fort Loramie | 2021 State OH , 6-0 Fort Loramie
Playing for the state champions brings a lot of attention to her team, but this program often gets overlooked because they are so deep and nobody averages 20 with all of their talent. Both Dana (pictured right) and Kenzie move into the top 30 seniors in Ohio after being overlooked earlier in the rankings. Dana is a solid player who was the best player in the Division 4 state Final Four, can score from anywhere, strong and physical with great handles and a solid demeanor. Kenzie is another type of player who is just a natural leader, athletic and has great range. Moves well without the ball and can help her team in many ways. Dana is headed to Tiffin to play basketball and Kenzie is going to play volleyball at Findlay. (Kenzie was inadvertently left off the rankings so the correction has now been made).
Selena Weaver Selena Weaver 6'0" | C West Liberty Salem | 2021 OH , 6-1 West Liberty Salem
The one thing I love about her game is her ability to score around the rim. She is very athletic and can seal off her defender and once she obtains position, she is very difficult to defend in the paint. Elevates well and has good hands, able to catch and score. Moves her feet well without the ball and can create shots for herself. Uncommitted as of this release, would make a small school a very good player.
Brooke Allen Brooke Allen 6'1" | PF Woodmore | 2021 State OH , 6-1, Woodmore
A double-double machine for Woodmore landed her a spot in the PGH Top 60 seniors in this update. On the year, Brooke scored 21.8 points with 12 rebounds per game as she not only was a productive offensive player, but was efficient defensively also. Used her size to control the paint and could score with either hand.
Makenna Stephens, 5-9 Willard
Continues the tradition of outstanding players for the Flashes. Makenna is a multidimensional threat who not only scores as a high clip, she also uses her size well inside to rebound and can push the ball in transition. Received high honors in her district as well, and in two district tournament games she scored nearly 50 points. Good handles and intensity to be a strong leader. Debuts on the Watch List of top players in the 2021 class.
