Plenty of heat had me moving my feet in this session yet I wanted to break it down into a couple of parts, first, the guards yet let me give a SPECIAL S/O to the #1 player on PGH Oklahoma Keziah Lofton who was out with an injury yet, here’s intangible, her SUPPORT on the bench for her teammates just blew me away, her game did that in 5th or 6th-grade #D1Lock
2022
Timasha Hamilton-5’5 SG (AD Elite Peterson) Cedar Ridge HS
Hamilton has the SWB all over her, speed with the ball, and by doing that, under control, she’s able to create some problems, especially in the open court because she sees the floor and can hit teammates going full speed but she also scores off the dribble as well as outside
2023
[player_tooltip player_id="158698" first="Jamie" last="Reude"]-5’3 PG (AD Elite Peterson) Boerne HS
Reude had me tweet out how RUDE she was to defenders trying to hold her at an event I used to cover in San Antonio however she showed me 2 very important things that made me add her to Top 100, she was poised under pressure and could shoot the lights out, nothing has changed
[player_tooltip player_id="96154" first="Mia" last="Galbraith"]-6’0 SG (AD Elite Peterson) Lake Travis HS
Galbraith is from “Down Under” which is fitting as some of her long balls are falling from what seems like another continent. She has the size college coaches love as well as the accuracy but she doesn’t force anything and at the magic number, offers galore are in the table
[player_tooltip player_id="267341" first="Monica" last="Marsh"]-5’5 SG (Texas Platinum 16U Walker) Plano West HS
Marsh showed how explosive of a scorer she can be, well she also showed how she could silently fill up a stat sheet yet her attacking and finishing with contact always gets me going, not to leave out her defense
Maria Dicenta 5’9 SG (Texas Platinum 16U Walker) Allen HS
Dicenta definitely had a great club showing as she showed me every time I saw her that she could shoot the ball and at this session, the extinguisher was needed because her creating and dropping her shot was impressive
Jenna Kendall-5’7 CG (Texas Platinum 16U Walker) (Dallas Thunder HS)
Kendall is heady and steady but playing under control while scoring off the dribble or hitting teammates for good looks stood out, as usual, so did her being vocal on the court
[player_tooltip player_id="96131" first="Brandy" last="Jones"]-5’8 SG (Lady Jets Randle 16U) North Crowley HS
Jones at times can be a nightmare to defend, she has athleticism, she has UPS and she can basically do whatever she wants in the set or transition yet the jumper, stop and pop, the mid to long-range and acrobatic finishes is a must-see
2024
Zya Vann-5’9 SG (Lady Jets Randle 16U) Norman HS OK
Vann loaded em up on the “floata”; as she scored numerous times with either hand yet she has a nice jumper which is created under pressure and she also defends strongly baseline to baseline
[player_tooltip player_id="158863" first="Kendall" last="Robinson"]-5’9 PG (Lady Jets Randle 16U) North Crowley HS
Robinson has been on a Crusoe as she returned to where she was before her injury and her hard work has paid off as she scored multiple ways, including overpowering defenders yet her mid to long-range as well as her court vision were all very good
[player_tooltip player_id="206960" first="Neenah" last="George"]-5’6 CG (Lady Jets Randle 16U) Sasche HS
George has always been tough, on both ends and she’s also strong as she falls into the “and one” waiting to happen yet she sets defenders up nicely to take the jumper, she applies pressure on defense and she plays the passing lane
[player_tooltip player_id="206962" first="Londyn" last="Oliphant"]-5’6 CG (Texas Platinum 16U Walker) Sasche HS
Oliphant has always told me she wants to be the best player she can be and that mindset shows in the court, on both ends because she “thinks the game” and off the dribble, she’s one of the states best and that jumper is definitely hard to handle as well
HONORABLE MENTION
Nyteria Colbert-5’3 PG (AD Elite Peterson) Temple HS 2022
Luna Moreno 5’5 SG (AD Elite Peterson) El Paso Chapin HS 2023
Mya Wilson-5’8 CG (Texas Platinum 16U Walker) Stephenville HS 2023
Taylor Allen-5’9 CG (Texas Platinum 16U Walker) Highland HS 2023
Kiara Smith -5’8 PG (Lady Jets Randle 16U) Midwest City HS 2024
Terry Jase-5’7 SG (Lady Jets Randle 16U) Flower Mound HS 2025
