The 2022 class is slowly trickling in some commitments as we are now heading into Fall. A few prospects have committed to the Division 1 level over the last few weeks and the most recent commitment is for the NWAC (junior college) level.
2022 5’5 Combo Guard [player_tooltip player_id="27945" first="Mia" last="Rodriguez"] of Eisenhower High School announced she will be attending Yakima Valley College and continuing her basketball career. Rodriguez played her club basketball with Northwest Magic over the years. She will bring a solid handle and creativity to the court for the Yaks. Head Coach Robin Andrea took over the program as of July 19th.
Rodriguez’s commitment marks the 13th prospect committed in our 2022 class database for Prep Girls Hoops Washington. The other 12 commitments are to the Division 1 level. Several players that hold college offers still remain uncommitted including 10 of the top 20 ranked players.
