She played basketball for the ar Mavs this summer where she was one of the most exciting players to see. She is looking to go into her senior season making an impact on a state championship-caliber team. She holds a few offers from d-1 colleges already. <br /><br /><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="304731" first="Parris" last="Atkins"]- Bryant 5”7 sg</strong></p> <p><br />Parris was a key piece to the Bryant hornets last season as a junior. She was very aggressive on defense leading to a plethora of steals. Using her speed and slim frame she put relentless pressure on opposing defense by slashing through the lane. Going into her senior year she looked to improve shooting this summer but she already is a top shoot guard in the state.<br /><br /><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="304698" first="Caroline" last="Lyles"]- Fayetteville 5”11 sg</strong></p> <p><br />Caroline has great size at the shooting guard position. Unlike the others on this list she is one of the best shooting guards In the state due to her ability to consistently knock down three balls. She lengthy frame allows her to shoot over the top of most guards in the state. Look forward to a break-out year from her. <br /><br /><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="305924" first="Ashton" last="Elley"]- 5”10 lr Christian</strong></p> <p><br />Ashton is a part of one of the best backcourts in the state. Her and Hope make a dynamic duo. Elley being bigger plays off the ball a bit and she does damage making her a must-see shooting guard in the state. She has good size and can shoot and make plays like a pg. she will be a part of a championship-caliber team as well this upcoming season <br /><br /><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="304712" first="Ilori" last="Thomas"]- 5”8 Southwest</strong></p> <p><br />Ilori played great for her Diamonds team this summer. She was a do it all player out of the shoot guard position. What makes Lori one of the best shooting guards in the state is because she is a lockdown defender. She guards 1-5 and is fast. Her speed and strength makes her defensive next to none. She grew an inch over the summer as well so her new length may make the opposing player have an off night.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
