PGH Top 250: New Names

Nearly 100 prospects made their way to MidAmerica in Louisville on Saturday and competed in 3 games over the course of the morning and afternoon. Here’s a look at some new names we learned at camp. They are presented in no particular order. [player_tooltip player_id="328939" first="Alli" last="Stone Williams"], Henry Clay - Alli started the day off super hot, making shots all over the floor. As the day went on, her shooting cooled a bit but her intensity did not. Stone Williams is a tough guard who can be a difference maker for the Blue Devils this season. [player_tooltip player_id="328941" first="Alivia" last="Morris"], Nelson County - Only a freshman, Morris has the potential to be really good. She plays hard and with a high IQ and even has a little mean streak to her. Alivia can play inside or out but needs to keep working on her wing skills. [player_tooltip player_id="328940" first="Mackenzie" last="Karo"], Woodford County - Karo was fantastic, especially in the clutch. Mackenzie made plays all over the place and helped her team to wins down the stretch. She could be a big piece for a Woodford team that hopes to compete for the 8th region title this season. [player_tooltip player_id="328943" first="Kennedy" last="Williams"], Henry Clay - After averaging 10 points and 7 rebounds per game last season, Williams was probably a miss in our 2022 rankings. We will remedy that with the next update. Kennedy was really good on Saturday and does a lit of the little things her team needs. [player_tooltip player_id="328947" first="Chesney" last="Lovins"], Berea - Chesney is a name I had heard but never seen play before camp. She showed the ability to knock down shots with efficiency and she plays super hard, which is always appreciated in the camp setting. [player_tooltip player_id="328945" first="Brooklyn" last="White"], Paris - White showed off some versatility on Saturday when she was able to score the ball inside and out. Only a role player in limited action last season, Brooklyn could be a potential difference maker for the Hounds this season.
