Check out these players that deserve more attention on recruiting radars. I had the chance to catch them hoop at a showcase not too long ago. Good upside on this list.
2022 G, [player_tooltip player_id="318219" first="Miranda" last="Lomax"]-5’6 | RA Long HS (WA): Shifty point guard with a motor. She is aggressive and in attack mode at all times on the court. She makes nice kick-ahead passes on the break, but also has a nice handle to weave through traffic and make plays. Streaky shooter from three and has deep range; when she’s on she’s a tough cover.
2023 PG, [player_tooltip player_id="317109" first="Perla" last="Ruiz"]-5’2 | Lake Stevens HS (WA): (featured image)

Ruiz is a lighting quick PG that really puts pressure on the rim. It’s a tough task for defenders to keep her in front. On her drives, she has a knack for drawing contact that results in a lot of free throws. And despite her size, she finishes through contact well.
2023 SG, Avery Neal-5’7 | Meridian HS (ID): Neal is a savvy guard. Lefty that attacks the rim hard. She does a good job of using her body to bump defenders. On her drives, she plays off two feet for power finishes which shows good body control and coordination.
2022 PG, [player_tooltip player_id="27937" first="Leila" last="Hosn"]-5’7 | Bishop Blanchet HS (WA): Hosn is fun to watch. She has crafty handles with a lot of counters; defenders find it hard to keep her out of the paint. She is a strong finisher on drives. She plays well in the pick and roll and is always a threat for a middy pull-up if the defenders don’t get over the screen or step up on the hedge.
2023 PG, [player_tooltip player_id="144537" first="Dulcy" last="Solomon"]-5’6 | Inglemoor HS (WA): Dulcy has a quick first step and gets by defenders often. She creates space with her solid handle and keeps defenders guessing due to her ability to stop on a dime for pull-up jumpers. Solid prospect that I’m looking forward to seeing more from.
