Ava Fulkerson- St. Gertrude High School
Ready to contribute now, one of the top two rising freshman in summer league play. Consistent effort on both ends of the floor. She played better as the summer progressed. More experience and training will improve her shooting percentage. Get to know this young lady, she is under the radar but not for long!
Lindsey Shoulders Lindsey Shoulders 5'9" | SF Glen Allen | 2025 State VA – Glen Allen High School
Another player primed to make an immediate impact for Glen Allen. Lindsey had a great summer, effort is consistent on both ends of the floor. She looks most comfortable putting the ball on the floor attacking the basket. Ball handling has improved as she continues to transition to the wing. Next phase of her development will be consistent outside shooting and improved court vision.
Lila Donnelly- Monacan High School
Tough, athletic, scoring guard. She has nice range on her shot, aggressive attacking the basket. She should develop nicely in a high school program known for producing talented guards.
Ava Johnson Ava Johnson 6'2" | PF Steward School | 2025 State VA – Glen Allen High School
Looked more comfortable as the summer progressed. Good footwork in post, moves well defensively and can shoot to the 3pt line. Dual threat in pick and roll set as she can pop out to the 3pt line or pin her defender on roll to the basket. Will only get better as the high school season progresses.
Riley Waite- Glen Allen High School
Riley can play either guard position, her shot improved each week and she is an efficient scorer. She had some big scoring games, most effective playing off the ball with her ability to knock down 3s or slash to the basket.
Eliza Cochran- St. Catherine’s High School
Hard to believe she is only a freshman. She has great size, strong frame is not easily moved off the block. She plays hard all game. I was most impressed with her ability to guard multiple positions and consistent play each game. She is the type of kid that fits well in any system and does whatever the team needs.
Sanaa Moore- Henrico High School
Primary position is the point, she has a good 3pt shot and is not afraid to attack the lane. Strong body, can absorb contact and still get her shot off. She should get plenty of opportunities to develop her skills and contribute as part of a young core of guards for Henrico.
Shayla Wyatt- Henrico High School
Good length at the guard position. She played both guard positions and can shoot the 3 ball. With more off the ball movement, she will increase scoring opportunities for herself and teammates. Defensively she is able to guard multiple positions with her length and physical play. She has made nice progress since I first saw her two years ago.
