The recent Prep Girls Hoops Top 250 expo in Gilbert, Arizona had a number of skilled players. Here's a profile of teams #3 and #4.
Outstanding players on team #3 included <strong>[player_tooltip player_id="339087" first="Taylor" last="Rosado"], [player_tooltip player_id="261416" first="Sage" last="Begay"], [player_tooltip player_id="138099" first="Jocelyn" last="Chavez"], [player_tooltip player_id="339068" first="Allison" last="Clarke"], and Abbigail</strong> <strong>Colquitt</strong>. Rosado is a five-foot-seven junior guard from Los Osos High School. She is a lightning-quick point guard with strong ball-handling skills, a tenacious defender and rebounder, and has strong leadership ability. Begay is a five-foot-eight junior guard from Flagstaff High School. At the Expo, she showed strong passing skills with the ability to both assist her teammates as well as hit the mid-range jumper.

Chavez is a five-foot-nine sophomore guard and wing for Dysart High School. She has outstanding inside moves and can hit the three-point jump shot. Clarke is a five-foot-nine sophomore who plays for Rosary Academy. She uses a number of moves in driving to the basket, is an outstanding rebounder, and is a candidate for Most Valuable Player of the Expo. Colquitt is a five-foot-eight senior who plays guard for Mayer High School. An outstanding leader, she is also a strong rebounder and defender. Each of the five players has the opportunity to play at the next level.

Serrano is a five-foot-five sophomore from Bradshaw Mountain High School. Sellers is a five-foot-six junior from Yuma Catholic High School. [player_tooltip player_id="339077" first="Lainey" last="Duggan"] is the you<strong>nger sister of [player_tooltip player_id="214606" first="Zoe" last="Duggan"] and a five-foot-ten sophomore also aPinnacle High School. Ignacio is a five-foot-seven senior from V. Sue Cleveland High Scho</strong>ol.
Team #4 had many stars. Two of the most prominent were [player_tooltip player_id="339073" first="Bria" last="Medina"] and [player_tooltip player_id="214584" first="Kylee" last="Callahan"], two guards from Salpointe Catholi<strong>c</strong> High school in Tucson.<strong> Other players included [player_tooltip player_id="339069" first="Michaela" last="Fairwell"], [player_tooltip player_id="339088" first="Alyssa" last="Harris"], and [player_tooltip player_id="339062" first="Natalie" last="Baldwin"]</strong>. Medina is a five-foot-five junior point guard. She is an outstanding ball-handler, extremely athletic, and gets all of her teammates involved in the game. Callahan is a five-foot-eight senior. She is also a great ball-handler who combines her dribbling with a tremendous jump shot, especially in traffic.
Fairwell is a five-foot-eight freshman who plays for Desert Vista High School. She is an outstanding driver with a good mid-range jump shot. Harris is a five-foot-eight sophomore from Flagstaff High School. She is an aggressive offensive player, often driving to the basket, but also a strong rebounder on both the offensive and defensive boards. Baldin is a five-foot-seven junior guard from Desert Mountain High School. She combines great court awareness with strong defensive skills.

Tucker is a five-foot-eleven senior from Arizona Compass Prep. Mantz is a five-foot-six sophomore from Waiakea High School. Sierra Bornhower is a five-foot-nine sophomore from Cibola High School. She is an outstanding driver, has a good mid-range jump shot and is a tireless defender. Many of the undergraduates at the Prep Girls Hoops Expo 250 are freshmen and sophomores and have the potential to improve their game in the seasons ahead.
