Regan Williams Regan Williams 6'2" | SF Link Academy | 2024 State MO 6’2″ Park Hill South: A versatile wing player with good length and the skill level to play all five positions on the floor. She was very comfortable on the perimeter as a playmaker with her ability to handle the ball and facilitate offense. She has the ability to get buckets at all three levels and from a variety of angles. She can hit scoop shots, runners and floaters and jump hooks in the lane along with the 3-point shot.
Breona Hurd Breona Hurd 6'2" | PF Waynesville | 2024 State MO 6’2″ Waynesville: The talented forward is a rare blend of strength and power combined with finesse and a complete skill set. That makes her quite a formidable matchup problem. She facilitates on the perimeter and scores in the post with equal effectiveness. She also blocked several shots on the defensive end.
Rory Conboy Rory Conboy 6'0" | PF Lindbergh | 2024 State MO 6’0″ Lindbergh: A talented combo forward who was a handful in the lane with her good footwork and variety of moves. Her go-to move in the lane was a very nice spin dribble which led to a bucket. She could also bring her game outside as she attacked on the drive and even led the fast break on several occasions.
Clara Swearingen Clara Swearingen 5'4" | PG Nevada | 2024 State MO 5’6″ Nevada: A talented combo guard who was one of the more impressive 3-point shooters at the event. She can shoot it well off the catch and she can really get her shot off the dribble with her creative handles and good footwork on the perimeter. Her step-back is very effective and she gets good elevation on his jumper.
Kya Johnson Kya Johnson 5'8" | SF Kickapoo | 2024 State MO 5’7″ Kickapoo: A solid talented young point guard who was very assertive at both ends and with a high basketball IQ. I was very impressed with her ability to rebound from the guard position. She had a real nose for the ball as she took rebounds away from much taller players. She was also very effective in running the pick and roll in the halfcourt offense.
Reagan Wells 5’11″ Mt. View Liberty: A versatile young forward who was effective at several spots on the floor. She moved well without the ball and scored inside. She is also a solid ball handler who could hit shots from 3-point range. She also hung around the offensive glass to get putbacks.
Lauren Luebbert Lauren Luebbert 5'11" | SF Marshfield | 2024 State MO 5’11″ Marshfield: A versatile wing player with good height and the athleticism to excel at both ends of the floor. She is a very capable 3-point shooter who also knocked down a few mid-range jumpers off the dribble. She was active on the defensive end with her ability to create turnovers and block shots.
Cady Huffman Cady Huffman 6'6" | C Lee's Summit West | 2024 State MO 6’6″ Lee’s Summit West: The tallest player at the event is a classic back to the basket center who does a great job of keeping the ball high when she catches it. Very good fundamentals. When she is able to establish her position in the post, you can pretty much put two points in the book. She continues to get better and better.
