Conference Preview: KC Suburban Conference Gold

Prep Girls Hoops Missouri continues its preseason conference previews with a look at the Kansas City Suburban Conference Gold Division. A big group of talented players return throughout the entire league which will make for a very competitive race. <h4>The Starting Five</h4> [player_tooltip player_id="107959" first="Kennedy" last="Townsend"] 5’9" Park Hill: A 2022 Creighton recruit who earned All-State honors last season. The all-around standout averaged 21.8 points, 6.5 rebounds and two assists a game as a junior. [player_tooltip player_id="108031" first="Tasia" last="Johnson"] 5’7" Lee’s Summit West: An excellent 2022 guard who was an All-Conference selection last season. She’s a stat-sheet stuffer as she averaged 17.1 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 2.6 steals a game as a junior. She averaged 15.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, four assists and three steals a game as a junior.
