More and more players to evaluate as this tournament goes on, we took the next game to find some more new players that have not been talked about on our page in a while or ever. Battle at the Beach was as expected and you will read what we thought about these players in the evaluations. Couple of stars brewing in this report, just read on to know what we know, hope you enjoy. Crean Lutheran Players: 2022, Emily Reed - Scrappy guard who knows how to play and is one of the catalyst for the team, she can score as well in bunches, but is more of a facilitator for the squad. She is a tenacious defender and is also on the better players for her team. She has a good handle and is very crafty with the ball and can get to spots on the floor to score. 2022, [player_tooltip player_id="162822" first="Taylor" last="Feldman"] - Leader of her team, she is dynamic on with or without the ball, she can score in droves and is one the better players in the event. She is naturally a scorer, but they have her playing the point guard, she can help at that spot, but her attributes as a player is best at the scoring guard. She can score from all three levels and is a threat to score from anywhere on the floor, she is yet to be committed, but the way she is playing will bring something her way. Coaches take a good look at this one, she is really good. 2025, Jane Hewitt - Shooter of the bunch, she is very good from the three point line and showed it by knocking down three long threes in this game and did it with composure. She had 9 points in the first half going 3 for 3 from behind the line. She is good guard in on the floor and is comfortable with handling the ball in the open floor. 2023, Ashley Heyer - This girls has a nice basketball body with some size and knows how to use it as she sets solid screens for her teammates and rolls to the rim for scores. She is about 6’0 tall and really like the way she uses her body to get to places on the floor, she is good at rebounding and is one of the toughest girls in the paint in this game. She is one to watch.... 2025, Sydnee Norwood - Solid big as they come, she rebounds well, sets good screens and is a willing shot blocker on the defensive side of the ball. She has good size for a post player and her body type is pretty good for the next level as well. She does what she needs for her team, she will grab a board or set a hard screen to get her teammate open for a score. 2024, Gianna DeForest - Big body post player that is one of the most physical players on the floor, she is tough and rugged and not afraid to foul at player going to the rim. She pushes to get every rebound in the paint and she is also a decent shot blocker. She has great size and knows how to use what she has to get the position on the floor, she is a monster in the paint in our opinion. Rolling Hills Prep Players: 2022, Tatum Tamashiro - Great size for a guard, can play the game as well, she is very skilled and has the ability to score from the perimeter and also get to the rim for easy scores. She is a good defender as well and is tough on the floor and gives her team a scoring threat at all times. Love her size as a guard, she is pretty agile and can make things happen on the floor for her team. 2022, Sofi Velasco - Three point shooter for her team, she is a pretty solid guard that can make shots from the floor and handle the ball without turning it over. She is solid on the perimeter and is a good in the open floor. Sets good screens for her teammates and is a willing defender. 2022, Sasha Murphy - Nice basketball body, athletic specimen with some swag to her game, she is strong, skilled and is one of the better players on the floor. She can score from all three levels on the floor and is a threat to score anytime she has the ball. 2024, Madi Shibata - Little guard that handles the ball well for her team as the point guard, she can make a midrange shot on the pull up and she is a capable handler in heavy traffic. She is solid as they come as the point guard and runs the offense to perfection to execute their plays. She does the right thing on every possession, she is solid at the point guard position in our opinion. 2023, Zariah Jackson - Nice solid body type for a guard, she is quick, tough and is not bad from the freethrow line. She can get to the rim and finish, she can defend and is a pretty good ball handler on the floor. She can push the ball down the floor and find a teammate for an easy score and can get it back and make a play. Impressed with her play in this event.
