An aggressive [player_tooltip player_id="238216" first="Calie" last="Thrower"] is a good [player_tooltip player_id="238216" first="Calie" last="Thrower"]. The senior’s defensive effort sparked her offense as she collected 10 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists and 7 steals. Thrower scored from the mid-range and three-point line and used her quick hands on defense to spark transition points. On an undersized team without a post presence, Thrower stepped up on the glass. Calie could be a good late find for non-D-I programs.
<strong>2023 5-7 G Maggie Thompson – South Forsyth</strong>
Maggie Thompson may not be a threat to score 20 points in a game, but her ability to do a little bit of everything leads to a lot of wins. The hustle heavy guard posted 10 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals. Thompson is an aggressive perimeter defender that looks to create for others on offense. Her activity makes good things happen.
<strong>2023 6-1 C [player_tooltip player_id="195878" first="Ava" last="McGlockton"] – South Forsyth</strong>
Rabun County had no one to match the size of [player_tooltip player_id="195878" first="Ava" last="McGlockton"]. The junior does a good job of playing within herself. She gets on the boards and is an efficient scorer around the rim. Her ability to eliminate second chance points for opponents and score easy buckets inside for the War Eagles gives South Forsyth one of the top bigs in 7A. McGlockton finished with 11 points, 7 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal.
<strong>2024 5-10 F Jadyn Kniceley – South Forsyth</strong>
Fitting in with the junior class, sophomore Jadyn Kniceley found herself around the ball throughout the game. Whether it be steals or rebounds, Kniceley was always a step quicker than her opponents. Her effort on the defensive end was key in South’s 75-54 win. Jadyn finished with 5 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists and 5 steals.
<strong>2025 5-8 G [player_tooltip player_id="352702" first="Olivia" last="Brabazon"] – South Forsyth</strong>
Shooter alert. The freshman will pay major dividends with her outside stoke. Brabazon drilled three three-pointers and added 3 assists off the bench. The lefty will be a valuable piece over the course of her career.
