Victoria McKnight Victoria McKnight 5'10" | CG Copley | 2023 State OH , 5-10 2023, Akron Copley
A solid defender who can anticipate the ball well. Able to put pressure on-ball defense on her opponent and read the play, picking up the steal and turning the play into a transition chance for her team. Long and athletic, disrupts the play, can block or alter shots. Her transition post defense is solid. While she does a nice job defensively, she can be a mismatch problem on offense with a solid perimeter game. Makes her debut on the Watch List.
Abby Rawlings Abby Rawlings 5'2" | PG Kings | 2023 OH , 5-4 2023, Kings
Got to see her at an event in the fall at Wittenberg and was impressed with her demeanor on the floor. Showed poise from the guard spot, had good handles and was in control of the game. Abby has a good shot from midrange, can also put the ball on the floor and get into the paint. Liked her defensive, especially on-ball defense. She has quick, active hands.
Julia Reichart, 5-9 2023, Toledo St. Ursula Academy
Can score in a variety of ways, including from behind the arc and penetrating to the rim. Can put the ball on the floor, get around her defender and finish. Can anticipate well on the defensive end, reads and reacts well and can make the defensive stop. Moves well without the ball, is able to cut and score. Able to defend multiple positions.
Allie Stueve, 5-10 2023, Middletown
Made the move to Middletown from Valley View and looks to be a leader for the Middies. She can score, as she is averaging nearly 10 per game in the early season. Also a versatile player who can knock it down from behind the arc, as half of her shots come from that range. Once she develops more options to her game, her stock will rise higher.
Lexi Deaver Lexi Deaver 5'5" | CG Portsmouth West | 2023 OH , 5-5 2023, Portsmouth West
She remains on the watch list but is very close to breaking through into the Top 60. Lexi (feature photo above) is off to a great start to the season, has a lot of tools to work with and her game continues to grow. Her perimeter game is on point, able to score from midrange out to deep behind the arc. Smart player with great court vision, able to push in transition to score.
