Briar Cox Briar Cox 5'11" | C Tipton | 2023 State MO 5’10″ Tipton: The standout forward scored a game-high 15 points in the Cardinals’ victory over St. Joe Lafayette. She has a fundamentally-sound game in the low post with good footwork and a variety of moves. She scored on a jump hook and had a nice up-and-under move. She also ran the court well in transition to get buckets.
Myra Claas Myra Claas 5'6" | CG Tipton | 2023 State MO 5’6″ Tipton: The All-State guard scored 13 points in the victory over Lafayette. She has excellent range on her 3-point shot, but she has much more to her game. She can get to the basket off the dribble and has a nice spin move. She also scored on a nice runner on the baseline. She also plays solid defense with her quick hands to hawk the ball.
Anastyn Pettlon 5’4″ Maryville: A slick ball handling point guard who has good quickness and can attack with either hand and in either direction. She was able to deliver some nifty passes with both hands and while on the move. She also hit a 3-pointer from well beyond the 3-point line.
Cali Richards, Park Hill: A solid all-around guard who plays with a lot of pace in the open court. She advanced the ball well on the pass or she can push the pace on the dribble. She also displayed a nice pull-up jumper from the mid-range area.
Kelsey Johnson, St. Joe Benton: A talented wing player with good length and mobility. She’s a skilled ball handler who can also pass the ball well. She can hit the 3-pointer off the catch while also being able to get into the lane to score on the short jumper.
