Eliza Maupin Eliza Maupin 6'3" | PF Webster Groves | 2022 State MO 6’2″ Webster Groves: The Kansas State recruit had 16 points and nine rebounds to lead the Stateswomen past host St. Joseph’s in the opening game. She is a versatile athlete who impacts the game at both ends. She displayed her perimeter shooting with a pair of corner 3-pointers and she can also handle the ball against the press. She can also score inside and use her length to block and alter shots. She is very agile and fluid in her movements on the court.
Kyrah Brody 6’4″ Rock Bridge: The Pepperdine recruit had eight points and had a strong presence in the paint for the Bruins in their double-overtime victory over Whitfield. She uses her size well to establish her position in the post. They went to her inside and she picked up some key buckets in the overtime periods. She is also a very stout defensive player inside with the ability to block and alter shots and lock down the lane.
Kiley Duchardt 5’11″ St. Joseph’s: A solid forward who plays a good all-around game at both ends. She plays well in the post where she is effective inside against taller players with good moves and her strength. She also handles the ball and can facilitate offense when she needs to. She rebounds well and stays in the right position on defense.
Sophie Nittinger 6’2″ Webster Groves: The 2022 Eastern Illinois recruit has good combination of height, athleticism and mobility. She runs the court well and she got a nice bucket in the transition game. She also causes problems inside on the defensive end with her length. Her best basketball is still in front of her.
