Elli Porter Elli Porter 5'8" | CG Kirksville | 2025 State MO (Kirksville): A smooth 2025 combo guard who scored 15 points in the Tigers victory over Mexico in the championship game. She has smooth handles and an excellent feel for the game plus the ability to score at all three levels. She can hit the 3-pointer off the catch and also create off the dribble.
Channing Tata (Kirksville): The 5’7″ 2023 guard scored a team-high 16 points in Kirksville’s victory over Macon in the championship game. The lefty was on fire from 3-point range as she hit four triples. She hit three consecutive 3-pointers in the first half to stake her team out to an early advantage.
Jozelynn Bostick (Centralia): A 5’8″ 2023 guard who was selected to the All-Tournament Team. She’s a very good ball handler who did a nice job of finding the gaps in the zone defense and scoring on slashing drives to the basket. She also had a very effective floater in the lane.
Brooke Weimer (Macon): A 2023 guard who earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team after helping the Tigerettes to the championship game. She averaged 10 points a game in the tournament while playing solid defense. She is an active player who seemed to be always around the ball.
Carlie Ellis (Harrisburg): A 2023 guard who scored a game-high 17 points in the Lady Bulldogs’ victory over Marceline in the fifth-place game. She used her length very well on the defensive end to grab three steals. She was also effective at maneuvering inside the lane for buckets, which included a nice spin move to get free.
Natalee Pennington (Marceline): A talented 2025 guard who has a very nice shooting stroke from 3-point range. She knows how to get herself open and she has a very quick release. In the game that I watched, she scored 11 points in the fifth-place game against Harrisburg. Impressive young player.
