East Atchison defeated South Harrison in the third-place games. There were some impressive frontcourt players in this tournament.
Gracie Kelsey Gracie Kelsey 6'1" | C East Buchanan | 2023 State MO (East Buchanan): The 6’1 2023 was tremendous in leading East Buch to the championship. She scored 28 points in the championship game. Not only did the lefty control the action inside, she was also handling the ball and being an effective playmaker on the perimeter.
Keylie Beane (Lathrop): A 5’7 2024 guard who attacked the lane well with her dribble penetration. She operates in traffic very well. The young lefty can also shoot the 3-pointer off the catch.
Natalie Hedlund (East Atchison): The 5’11 2023 forward scored the nets for 27 points in the third place game victory over South Harrison. She’s an excellent ball handler and playmaker who was money around the basket.
Hannah Carter (South Harrison): I really like this 2024 post player. She had a nice set of moves inside plus an excellent shooting touch from the high post. She is very mobile and has good length.
Bailey White (Lathrop): A 5’6 2022 guard who had good quickness and perimeter shooting ability. She scored nine points in the championship game on three 3-pointers.
Hillary Eliferts (East Buchanan): A 5’8 2024 guard who plays the role of the sniper for her team. If she gets the time and space, she’s going to knock down shots.
Tammi Martin (East Atchison): A 5’9 2024 wing who is very fundamentally sound. She’s always in the right position to make plays at both ends of the court. She scored 14 points in the third place game.
