#5 Class of 2022
Harmanie Dominguez Harmanie Dominguez 5'7" | PG Organ Mountain | 2022 State NM – 5’7 PG “Organ Mountain”
Harmanie Dominguez Harmanie Dominguez 5'7" | PG Organ Mountain | 2022 State NM led Organ Mountain to the NM state tournament this season after going 21-8 in the regular season. They secured the 6th seed and made it to the State Quarterfinals before losing to #3 La Cueva 61-53. Harmanie averaged 21.4 points per game, 6.0 rebounds per game, 4.0 assists per game and finished 3rd in NM in scoring. She made 71 three-pointers which was the second most in the state. Harmanie also finished second in the state with 127 free throws made shooting a solid 79% from the line. Her stock continued to go up as the season went by and was one of the top players in the state this season.
#7 Class of 2022
Denice Ryan Denice Ryan 5'2" | PG Highland | 2022 State NM – 5’2 PG “Highland”
Highland Point Guard Denice Ryan Denice Ryan 5'2" | PG Highland | 2022 State NM got better as the season went on and was selected to the 4A/5A high school all-star team. She had an all around game by averaging 17.4 points per game, 4.6 rebounds per game and 4.3 assists per game. She was one of just two players this season to finish in the top 10 in scoring and assists per game this season with the other player being Juliana Aragon Juliana Aragon 5'5" | PG Bernalillo | 2022 State NM . Her play helped Highland go 20-5 in the regular season, win their district title and secure the 5th seed in the state tournament. Denice led Highland to the 4A Quarterfinals in the state tournament. She was easily in the discussion as one of the states top point guards and players this season.

Carolina Romero Carolina Romero 5'6" | SG La Cueva | 2022 State NM – 5’6 SG “La Cueva”
Throughout the season, Carolina Romero Carolina Romero 5'6" | SG La Cueva | 2022 State NM continued to make a strong impact on the floor for #3 La Cueva. She averaged 10.1 points per game this season on a deep La Cueva Bears team. She made 63 three pointers this season and finished 7th in the state in three pointers made. La Cueva went 19-6 in the regular season and secured the #3 seed in the state tournament. La Cueva made it to the Metro Championship game vs Volcano Vista and made it to the 5A semifinals vs Hobbs. Without her contributions this season, La Cueva wouldn’t have had the same success this year.

Kennedy Brown Kennedy Brown 5'4" | CG Volcano Vista | 2022 State NM – 5’4 PG “Volcano Vista”
Kennedy Brown Kennedy Brown 5'4" | CG Volcano Vista | 2022 State NM played a huge role in Volcano Vista winning back to back State Championships this past season. Volcano Vista went undefeated at 29-0 this season. Kennedy won the 5A-District 1 defensive player of the year award with her determination on the defensive side of the floor. She averaged 4.1 steals per game this season which led the entire 5A Class. She did all of the little things that helps teams win game like guarding the opposing teams best offensive player and being a play-maker for his teammates. Between her and La Cueva’s Rylie Ottmann Rylie Ottmann 5'7" | PG La Cueva | 2022 State NM , no one plays harder than Kennedy Brown Kennedy Brown 5'4" | CG Volcano Vista | 2022 State NM . Kennedy was an instrumental part in both of Volcano Vista’s two state championships from the last two seasons.

Jordan Torres Jordan Torres 5'6" | PG Santa Fe Indian | 2022 State NM – 5’4 PG “Santa Fe Indian”
Jordan Torres Jordan Torres 5'6" | PG Santa Fe Indian | 2022 State NM opened some eyes with her play this season. Jordan Torres Jordan Torres 5'6" | PG Santa Fe Indian | 2022 State NM led Santa Fe Indian in scoring by averaging 11.9 points per game and 3.1 steals this season. In the 3A Class, she was in the top 10 in steals. Jordan made 52 three-pointers this season which was tied for the 13th most in the state this year. Santa Fe Indian went 18-6 this season and secured the #3 seed in the 3A state tournament. Santa Fe Indian made it to the state championship game vs Robertson and would not have made it this far this season without Jordan Torres Jordan Torres 5'6" | PG Santa Fe Indian | 2022 State NM .
