2A – CIFSS Final Four

<span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>CIF Southern Section Championships</strong> - Final Four Matchups &amp; The Final Game are going to be discussed in this article, we were not able to watch all of the games in the finals this year.  The main reason for this new type of format was the COVID19 rules implemented by each institution to keep athletes and their families safe from being infected by the virus.  We were able to watch games that fell on opposite days and here is what we took from these games during that whole time.</span> &nbsp; <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Ontario Christian (31-5) 81</strong>, Brentwood (22-12) 54</span></span> <span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="54096" first="Chloe" last="Briggs"]</strong> scored 33 points in this game on a total of (11 of 21) from the field, (7 of 14) were from the three line and (4 of 4) from the Charity stripe.  As a matter of a fact, Briggs bagged a triple double in this game with 33pts/11asts/10rebs, a heck of a stat line for this young athlete.</span> &nbsp; <span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="383947" first="Shayla" last="Gilmer"]</strong> was also dominate in this game with 27 points on a (12 of 18) type of night, (11 of 15) from the charity stripe and 15 rebounds in the game.  She bagged a double-double in this one with 27pts/15rebs and had (6) blocks in this game, these two young ladies put on a show in this one.</span> &nbsp; <span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Amber Furch</strong> scored 19 points in this game on a (8 of 17) from the field and (3 of 8) from the three point line. </span> <span style="font-size: 14pt;"> </span> <span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="104196" first="Emma" last="Dudley"]</strong> and <strong>Lev Feiman</strong> both scored 10 points apiece in this game to help their team contend with Ontario Christian, but it was just not enough to matchup with the dynamic duo of Briggs and Gilmer.  </span> &nbsp; <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Corona Santiago (24-10) 60</strong>, Santa Margarita (17-8) 48</span></span> <span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Rhylee Gent</strong> scored 19 points on (9 of 13) from the field, (2 of 3) from the three point line and grabbed 6 rebounds in the game.  </span> &nbsp; <span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>McKinley Willardson</strong> scored 16 points on (7 of 18) from the field, (2 of 2) from the charity stripe and grabbed 13 rebounds giving her a nice double-double on the night for her team.  </span> &nbsp; <span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Tierra Taylor</strong> scored 12 points on (5 of 13) from the field, 92 of 6) from the three point line and grabbed 4 rebounds in this game.  </span> &nbsp;
