[player_tooltip player_id="148145" first="Abbey" last="Schreacke"] | 6’0 Guard | Quincy Notre Dame 19 to 14
Making her way into the Top 15, Schreacke has been of the IT factors in the state for a while, and this past season was another stamp on that, as QND and her captured a 2A State Championship (35 points and 11rebounds), plus a POY award as well. Abbey's skillset is wide-ranged, and when you mix that when her length.. she's just an absolute problem for defenders. Her game is smooth, fluid and she can just get to her spots at will. At every offensive level, she's a bucket. Defensively, she's a disruptor for all positions. Her upside is beyond high.

The jump of 14 spots was more than deserved for Carstensen. After an outstanding junior year and a record-breaking performance at the state tournament, the sharpshooting wing from Nazareth has made her claim as one of the best 3&D players in the state. Grace has strength, patience, and a great tempo to her game.. that fits seamlessly into her team's style of play. Offensively, she makes plays and can knock down the long ball from the arc to 4-6 feet back... with ease. On the defensive side, she stays balanced and disciplined and can guard 1-4 with no problem.

Size, strength, and tempo. Fay is a classic stretch post that can get it done from the mid to the arc with no problem. Her game is simple and fluid.. but simple enough to get the job done, and the fluidity to put up 12-18 points per game. She can play back-to-basket or faceup and go to work. Her playstyle and frame allow her to put numbers up in all major statistical categories. Active on the glass. Active hands when defending. Great IQ and awareness to play make plays and the energy and motor to do all the dirty work as well.
[player_tooltip player_id="347001" first="Samantha" last="Origel"] | 5’9 Guard | Burlington Central 66 to 58
A leap of 8 spots was earned by Origel that past year. A playmaking wing who settles into the 3&D role when needed, but can be a primary playmaker or scorer if needed. Lights out from the arc, patient on the drive and confident from the mid. Her defensive ability is top tier as well. She plays bigger and stronger than her frame, which allows her to guard and create disruptions for multiple positions. Her energy and motor are a huge piece to her skillset as well. She never seems tired or low on battery. From buzzer to buzzer she's giving nothing less than 100%.
[player_tooltip player_id="335726" first="Aaliyah" last="Frazier"] | 5’7 Guard | Plainfield Central 64 to 31
The recent Howard U commit launched herself up 33 spots. Frazier is elusive, speedy, and just an overall offensive threat at all 3 levels. She has a type of flash to her game, but she uses those moves to get into a rhythm. Great ball-handling skills, playmaking skills, and the vision of the floor are wide lensed. Aaliyah has tons of athleticism and energy and that's on both sides of the ball. Defensively, she's a ball hawk and plays strong on-ball defense. Active in the gaps and passing lanes.
[player_tooltip player_id="295262" first="Addy" last="McLeod"] | 5’9 Guard | Champaign Central 50 to 43
7 spot leap for the deep ball threat from Champaign Central. Addy's game is impactful at all levels, but from behind the arc.. she's in a different type of class. She has a great balanced and fluid jumper. She shows efficiency with her jumper with both on and off-ball screens. She can attack the paint and finish with creativity and strength... with both hands. Playmaking and ball-handling are a huge part of McLeod's skillset as well. A tough and highly skilled player who has tremendous upside.
[player_tooltip player_id="347004" first="Tatym" last="Lamprecht"] | 5’7 Guard | Morton 76 to 67
Tatym is a tough ball-handling guard who gets into the middle and finishes through contact with both hands. If the paint gets clogged, she can knock down the mid-range jumper at the elbow. If the defense sags off, she'll take and make the long ball with ease. Her activity on the boards is noticed too. She's a plug-and-play type of guard that can fit and thrive in any type of system.
[player_tooltip player_id="346997" first="Claire" last="McDougall"] | 6’0 Guard | Washington 27 to 23
The Bradley commit is one of the most versatile guards in the state. Offensively, she can score at every level with ease. Her length, athleticism, and patience is a key trait to her extensive skillset. In a triple threat stance or on the move, Claire is able to get to her spots with 1-3 moves and never looks rushed.
