[player_tooltip player_id="269241" first="Jasmine" last="Becotte"]| Pelham| 5’10’’| SF
This spring, Becotte looks to build off her big season at Pelham, where she made the NHIAA D2 All-State 1st Team. Becotte’s versatility and ability to impact the game anywhere on the court make her valuable to teams. She is willing to defend 1-4, is physical down low and on the glass, and has a smooth perimeter game. Becotte’s shot creation and ball-handling continue to improve, and she should be able to showcase her full scoring arsenal this spring with Team Saints.

[player_tooltip player_id="184019" first="Laura" last="Johnson-Shedd"]| St. George’s| 5’8’’| SG
It is hard to find a better lockdown on-ball defender than Johnson-Shedd. Her lateral quickness and defensive intensity are unmatched in the ’24 class, and she can stay in front of speedy point guards or long, athletic wings. The one aspect of Johnson-Shedd’s game that has improved is her outside shooting. This winter, she was knocking down three-pointers consistently, and when you add that to her elite defensive capabilities, Johnson-Shedd’s value goes through the roof.

[player_tooltip player_id="299249" first="Jessica" last="Roy"]| Loomis Chaffee| 5’5’’|PG
After watching Roy at the Connecticut Starters practice earlier this week, I am convinced she can be a top 30 player in ’24. During the winter, I liked how Roy stretched the floor with her three-point shooting, but I was impressed the other day with how she facilitates. Roy commands the floor and is a good decision-maker in the half-court. Roy’s IQ is high, and being a floor general comes naturally. She doesn’t have the size that many guards have, but her intangibles and offensive repertoire make up for it.

[player_tooltip player_id="264265" first="Molly" last="Donovan"]| Duxbury| 5’11’’|CG
Donovan was one of the most eye-popping prospects at the Select Events New England Showdown. She has intimidating size on the wing, and she is very creative in scoring off the bounce. Donovan was executing at a high level from the mid-range, repeatedly scoring with various dribble pull-ups. Possession after possession, Donovan showcased a different move in her arsenal. Her footwork, strength, and finishing ability were on full display all weekend.

[player_tooltip player_id="269480" first="Jessie" last="Silk"]| Beaver Country Day| 5’6’’|PG
Silk is a deadly scorer, and even though she is not the tallest player on the court, she has no issue getting a shot off. The lefty sniper can hit shots spotting up or create separation and hit jumpers off the dribble. Silk’s strength is unique, and you don’t see many point guards with the upper body strength she possesses. She is very physical and, when attacking the basket, absorbs contact and finishes consistently at the rim.
