North Dakota Class B Prospects (Part 2)

[player_tooltip player_id="415769" first="Harys" last="Beauchamp"] <strong>- 6’0 F 2023 - Beulah - </strong>Harys’ impressive length immediately stands out on the court. It’s hard to miss her as she sticks out with her 6’0 height and long arms. This fact immediately puts her on the next-level radar. Passes well on the perimeter and can pass the ball at a high level out of the post. As a rebounder, she can sky-up and attack the ball at a high-point -- with her length and verticality. Looks like she has the wingspan of a 6'3 prospect. She could slot in surprisingly high on the 2023 rankings -- so stay tuned. Harys is poised for a breakout Senior season. [player_tooltip player_id="415845" first="Jenna" last="Koppelsloen"] <strong>- 5’9 G 2023 - Beulah - </strong>Jenna is a starting guard for Beulah that has decent size, length, and skills. I think she’s a prospect that needs to be known but many may not. She’s very effective in the open court with the ball as a playmaker. She can get a rebound and take it coast to coast on her own and finish with a layup. Jenna isn't just a role player either. She plays both ends and can hit an open shot as well. She'll have an expanded role next season with Zuroff off to graduation. [player_tooltip player_id="415836" first="Shea" last="Barron"] <strong>- 6’2 C 2024 - Beulah - </strong>Shea comes off the bench as a true 6’2 inside presence. Runs well but needs some work on her mechanics near the hoop. A prospect to keep an eye on with her size and ability to move. [player_tooltip player_id="415771" first="Sage" last="Froehlich"] <strong>- 5’9 G 2024 - Heart River - </strong>Sage is the leader and best prospect for Heart River. She is a left-handed ball-handler that can also comfortably play off the ball. Handles the ball smoothly and under control. Loves to attack off the dribble going to her left hand. Has a fairly quick step going that direction and can get past her defender with a good/quick move. Overall, Sage is a playmaker for Heart River, has good size and skills with her left hand, and could play at the college level. [player_tooltip player_id="415822" first="Abby" last="Talkington"] <strong>- 5’9 G 2024 - Heart River - </strong>Abby is a long 2-guard/wing for Heart River. She starts out the game for her team and has some upside with her length and frame. Slightly raw with the ball going off the dribble but is an adequate passer and has range out to three. [player_tooltip player_id="256963" first="Sophia" last="Headley"] <strong>- 5’10 G 2025 - Bowman County - </strong>Sophia has a great combination of a strong frame and quickness. Bowman plays fast as a team and Sophia and [player_tooltip player_id="256955" first="Jaci" last="Fischer"] are major assets in the team playing fast as a whole. Sophia is a great overall prospect with size, speed, power, and can shoot the three at high level. She cannot be left open. Can handle the ball and play point guard. A sound defender that can pressure the ball-handler and stay in front. Moves well laterally in a defensive slide. Really like her game and Sophia as a prospect. Sophia, most likely, needs to be moved up in the 2025 rankings. I'm liking her in around the top 10 at this point. Sophia plays with the ND Attack program during the off-season. [player_tooltip player_id="256955" first="Jaci" last="Fischer"] <strong>- 5’9 G 2024 - Bowman County - </strong>Jaci and Sophia have similar builds and play-styles. Jaci can handle the ball and the point, shoot the rock, and will get down and play sound, pressure defense. Moves well on the court, with speed and confidence. Not a flashy game, but a skilled game as she has the ball-handling moves and quickness to get in the paint and be a threat. While also, having a highly accurate and consistent jumper from three.
