No. 10: Nile Miller Nile Miller 6'1" | PF Woodbury | 2022 State NJ – 6-1 PF, Woodbury
Miller is the top South Jersey prospect in the 2022 class for good reason as the Howard commit put on a show with Woodbury after several great seasons on Paul VI. She transferred to the Thundering Herd for her senior year and essentially posted a double-double with nearly two blocks a game and six steals a game. She was firing on all cylinders and was as dominant a forward as they come in the state. Her long wingspan and quick agility proved to be a massive advantage for her, creating a dominant 1-2 punch with Alexis Davis Alexis Davis 6'0" | SF Woodbury | 2023 State NJ .
No. 13: Amaya Burch Amaya Burch 5'7" | SG Timber Creek | 2022 State NJ – 5-7 SG, Timber Creek
Burch, in her senior year alone, scored more points than her first three years in high school, scoring well over 20 points a game for Timber Creek. She was one of the most electric players in South Jersey and had quite the knack for coming up big in clutch moments for the Chargers. The biggest thing about Burch is that once she found her groove, a healthy combination of perimeter and mid-range shooting and a great interior game, she just kept going to it and opponents had no way of stopping her.
No. 27: Adriana Agosto Adriana Agosto 5'7" | SG Rancocas Valley | 2022 State NJ – 5-7 SG, Rancocas Valley
Agosto came into her own as a three-point shooter for Rancocas Valley as a senior, knocking down 51 during the year or 1.9 a game. We’ve seen the development of her court awareness in a big way over her career, and she naturally developed herself into a player who took advantage of space, found open lanes to operate and got her teammates involved often. She was a much more aggressive player in the lane, looking to get a tough two or create contact to get to the foul line. That played well for her this season.
No. 29: Angelina Barrera Angelina Barrera 6'0" | PF Gloucester Catholic | 2022 State NJ – 6-0 PF, Gloucester Catholic
Barrera posted impressive numbers as a senior for Gloucester Catholic, averaging 16.7 PPG in 19 games played. Despite not playing a full season, the full potential with her game was definitely seen. That doesn’t just include her inside game as she showed a great ability to expand her range to the perimeter. Barrera knocked down just over one made three-pointer a game, a statistic that is significant due to it adding another dimension to her overall game. The 6-0 forward still has plenty of room to grow in her game.
No. 31: Riley Fulmer Riley Fulmer PG Woodstown | 2022 State NJ – PG, Woodstown
Fulmer was quietly putting together a solid career for Woodstown before a massive senior season that saw her explode as a perimeter shooter and improve her defense and passing. She averaged 2.5 steals a game as a senior, a career-high by a decent margin, but also a testament to the work she’s put in as a perimeter defender. Fulmer’s basketball IQ has always been high, but her feel for the game and maturity has allowed her to get that extra step, that split-second decision-making that was able to get her turnovers for Woodstown. Let’s not forget to mention her 64 made three-pointers on the year and 17.7 points per game as well.
