2023, 5’11, SF, Vista Murrietta HS, [player_tooltip player_id="307807" first="Makenna" last="Ching"] - Makenna is a monster on the court and uses her size to her advantage when she is in the paint rebounding the ball as well as scoring on opponents. She has a nice pull up from midrange and I believe she should use it more often in her arsenal of skills. She runs the floor, gets to the block for the seal and then she finishes either with or without contact. She is a tough defender and she will go after you and compete with the best of them. We love her attitude and the way she plays the game with composure and confidence. This kid is solid, keep looking at her coaches......
2023, 5’7, SG, Orangewood Academy HS, [player_tooltip player_id="265657" first="Amaya" last="Lacy"] - is a wing with good length. An impact player last year as a sophomore and she has high upside. She can handle the ball and attack the rim off the dribble. Finishes strong through contact. She’s got a nice looking crossover and can get to her spots on the court. She can shoot off the dribble and pull-up in transition. Has range out to the three-point line. She has the tools to be an effective defender. Can use her length to contest shots.
2023, 6’0, SF, Esperanza HS, [player_tooltip player_id="388391" first="Bella" last="Vosper"] - Big inside presence for her team, she is agile and can get up and down the floor and demand rebounds in the paint. She plays hard on each and every possession and she is willing to set some hard screens for her teammates. She is a willing defender in the paint, she fight and relocates and is in the right spot almost every time down the floor.
2023, 5’6, SG, Cantwell Sacred Heart HS, [player_tooltip player_id="388409" first="Leilony" last="Cruz"] - She has some smooth tendencies to her game, swag I would say, she is talented on the court in our opinion. She can push the ball and score, she can shoot the ball from all three levels on the floor. She has good size for a guard and is very skilled in using her body to get wherever she wants on the court. Watch her weave thru the defense and pull up and make a three pointer in heavy traffic, which was very impressive to me.
