Davis has a high basketball IQ and she seems to always be in control on the court. In the game I covered, she was playing against players two years older and she wasn’t phased. Davis has great handles, she is crafty with the ball in her hands. She can penetrate going left and right and she can finish. She is also good at drawing the defense and creating shots for teammates. Davis can also shoot the three and is dangerous when attacking the basket. Davis also plays great defense and puts constant pressure on the ball. She recorded several steals while playing on the ball and she also recorded steals by playing in the passing lanes. A starting position on a Varsity team awaits Davis. She is truly a special player.
Audrey Beyer Audrey Beyer 5'10" | SG Tocoi Creek | 2026 State FL 2026, 5’10 G,F (ECU Barrett 2026). Beyer is one of the most talented players in the 2026 class. Her game is already high school ready. Her shooting range is impressive and she is comfortable well beyond the 3-point line. Her ability to drive and get to the free-throw line is also impressive. Earlier in the AAU season, Beyer played in a 2023 tournament with an older team and finished as the game’s high scorer and the g-to person on the court. Beyer had a good Candace Dupree Invitational tournament, averaging 12 points and 4 rebounds per game. Beyer will be an asset at the high school level in the fall.
Ashlyn Young 2026 (Tre Mann Elite 2025) played well during the CDI and continues to show that she is one of the top 2026 players in the State. Young is a poised player and that can be attributed to her Varsity experience since she was in 6th grade at PK Young High School. Young is long, lengthy, and crafty on the court. She has a good feel for the game. She can shoot from long-range, mid-range, and short-range. Young has the ability to shoot off the catch but can also create off of the dribble. Young averaged nearly 10 points per game during the Candace Dupree Invitational.
Esa Brenneman Esa Brenneman 5'6" | PG Bartram | 2027 State FL 2027, 5″7′ PG (ECU Barrett 2026). Brenneman is one of the most athletic guards on the First Coast in any class. She has a high vertical jump, she is cat-quick, and can really move up and down the court. Offensively, Brenneman is shifty and creative with the ball in her hands. She can create for herself and also create for teammates as well. Brenneman can shoot and score the ball from all levels on the court. Only a 7th grader, she was one of the most complete guards at CDI this past weekend. Brenneman averaged 15 points per game during CDI, 5 assists, and 6 steals per game.
Lelani Washington, 2026 Guard (Always 100 2026). I got a chance to watch a little of Washington’s game and in a very short period, she made an impression. Washington makes good decisions with the ball and plays with a high basketball IQ. She has the ability to take the ball to the goal and also has some advanced euro step moves in her repertoire. Defensively she used her quickness and was solid on her assignments.
Mariah Farmer, 2026 (Compound Team Elite) Farmer was small in stature, but she plays bigger than her size. Her speed on the court is impressive. She was fearless on the court and made a lot of great decisions on the court. She was good at creating for herself and for her teammates. Farmer has a really nice skill set. She can shoot the jumper and has a nice float game as well.
