Reude left me speechless in the 8th grade and something about catching young talented players in the state just drives me yet off the dribble, I can’t touch her as she scores sometimes effortlessly yet acrobatically but her ability to run a team is second to none. She’s vocal, she directs players on the court and her leadership just helps make those around her better. She sees the floor as good as anyone, mid to long-range wraps it up
Victoria Anderin-5’7 CG (O’Connor HS) SAHE Gold JK [2023]
Anderlin was more than a pleasant surprise and opening day, her body control, coupled with finishing after contact had me smiling because her first step is , how can say this, devastating and I’ve used that word a few times yet that’s what it is, so she long arms, plays the passing llane and solid on the ball defense yet I added ultra to the athletic because that heat had me sweating
Taylor Ross Taylor Ross 6'0" | PF Brennan | 2024 State TX -5’11 PF (Brennan HS) San Antonio Lady Hoops Black [2024]
Ross takes her game to another level every season yet she’s where near the finished product which is scary so yes, she’s long and athletic as well as strong and powerful and her finishes around the basket after contact were impressive, so was her battling for rebounds, yeah she scored on put-backs but her highlight blocks left the balls logo on the court, I thought one time the ball was going to explode yet that’s also a good word because she’s on the verge of exploding
Alexa Romero-5’8 CG(Harlan HS) SA Infinity Black [2024]
Romero probably isn’t related to Cesar but she ain’t no Joker on the court, Google it, and I love seeing players do the simple things like playing the passing lane, she did it over and over yet her timing was equally impressive as she blocked and deflected shots. Solid ball handling enabled her to score in transition as well:as off the dribble, nice upside
Mia Ramos-5’10 CG (IWHS) SAHE Gold 2025
Ramos has good court vision plus scored off the dribble, with either hand, I see everything yet her mid to very long range was nice but what did it was her ability to “catch and shoot” it with accuracy but her poise under pressure just grabbed me, love seeing that from younger players playing up, whoa, against next level talent
