Mya Turner 2025 A&M Consolidated High School (College Station Elite)
Mya is a high level guard who dominated the game using her speed and aggressiveness to get around her opponents. She has natural point guard instincts with her ability to create for her teammates using her passes. She routinely turned the corner on her opponents with her quickness with a live dribble. She showed a real ability to go coast to coast, even after grabbing a rebound herself and finishing in transition. She displayed good touch from the outside when given time to set her feet and shoot, but I would like to see her work on getting to her shot off the dribble, especially in the midrange. I would like to see her work on her decision making when trapped, at times she dribbled into two defenders and allowed herself to get cut off with the sideline acting as a second defender as well. I would also like to see her work on keeping her dribble as low as possible as she can maintain control.
Jazz Lee 2025 A&M Consolidated High School (College Station Elite)
Jazz is a scrappy on ball defender who is great at using her tenacity and aggressiveness to rip the ball from her opponents and run coast to coast for easy fast break opportunities. She is great at using her length to harass ball handlers and is good at seeing the space they are trying to attack and cutting it off. She uses the sideline as a help defender to angle her opponents back into the middle of the floor and uses her hands to poke the ball free. On the offensive end, she has a very confident handle that allows her to drive and draw a second defender and smartly pass out to an open teammate. She is great at splitting defenders in the open court and using her quickness to get up and down the court. She is a monster at turning defense into offense, be aware of her ability to go coast to coast!
Ari Myles 2025 A&M Consolidated High School (College Station Elite)
Ari is an incredibly scrappy on ball defender, with great length and ability to move her feet. I loved her aggressiveness and willingness to take on the best player on the other side, no matter their size or position. Her willingness to hunt her opponent allowed the rest of her team to breathe a bit easier, knowing she was on the court. Her presence also raised the intensity of her teammates, seeming to make them defend across the board a bit harder. On the offensive end of things, she attacks the rim and loves getting into the paint. Her aggressiveness bleeds through into her offensive game, constantly attacking the basket and subsequently living at the free throw line. I would like to see her work on tightening up her shot mechanics, her release point is a bit low at the moment and could easily shoot over the top of her opponents with how high she is able to leap.
Kimora Love 2025 A&M Consolidated High School (College Station Elite)
Kimora is an intriguing wing prospect with her ability to play on the perimeter and make the right decisions to set up her teammates, but also how well she attacked the rim with a live dribble and the consistency she showed on the interior. She finished through contact down low, and calmly knocked down free throws whenever she was fouled. I was very impressed by her willingness to rebound on both ends of the court. She was great at keeping her head up to attacking space on the fast break, but also making the right outlet pass on the fast break to allow her team to have success on the fast break. The best thing that I noticed about her game from my time on the sideline was her curiosity and the questions she asked her coach to better understand defensive assignments and where she should be when she does not have the basketball on the offensive end.
Lulu Calhoun 2025 A&M Consolidated High School (College Station Elite)
Lulu is an impressive forward prospect with her ability to rebound the ball but also handle and play with her back to the basket. She has good strength and aggressiveness, and uses that to her advantage to back down her opponent. I was very impressed by the overall skill she displayed, especially putting the ball on the floor to get past her opponent out of the triple threat. On the defensive side of the ball, she has great defensive instincts and knows just the right time to slide over as a help defender. Her ability to cut off shot opportunities as she screamed in from the weak side allowed the rest of her team to defend the perimeter even harder.
Addy Richardson 2025 A&M Consolidated High School (College Station Elite)
Addy is a sharp shooting wing who loves getting to her spots in the midrange, and dominating the game by doing all of the little things. Her consistency in the midrange really stood out, always being an open option out of the high post or the pick and pop. When she uses her size and length to her advantage, she is a good finisher down low. I would like to see her work on her patience down low, and utilizing more shot fakes to get her opponents in the air. On defense, she is an active on ball defender who moves her feet well but also uses her long arms to wreak havoc on ball handlers and forwards down low. Her ability to defend whatever position necessary will become a coveted asset in the near future, especially as she continues to develop her handle and fluidity.
