Mariah Speights – G – Milwaukee Reagan
Mariah is coming off of a great sophomore campaign where she received first team all-conference and first team all-defense honors and also led her conference in assists per game with 3. She also averaged 7 points per game and 3 rebounds per game. Mariah managed 4 steals per game which was good enough for second in the conference. She is a capable scorer and a great defender who is only poised to get better. While her team is returning two other all-conference players, she will be expected to make plays when needed and to lead her team to an even better season.
Nevaeh Thompson Nevaeh Thompson 5'11" | SF Waukesha South | 2024 WI – 5’11 CG – Waukesha West
Nevaeh is coming off of a season in which she averaged almost 12 points per game and received second team all-conference honors. In her sophomore season she almost doubled her points per game as she scored 6.8 points per game in her freshman season. This improvement can be expected to happen again as she prepares for her junior season. With the departure of her team’s only all-conference senior, Nevaeh will be looked at to step up and into a leadership role. Something she is more than capable of handling. Look for her to establish herself as one of the best players in not just Milwaukee but the state as a whole this upcoming season.
Teagan Mallegni Teagan Mallegni 6'1" | SF McFarland | 2024 State WI – 6’1 SF – McFarland
Teagan has already established herself as one of the best players in Milwaukee and Wisconsin after the success of her sophomore campaign. She averaged 29/9/3, shot 52% from the field, 76% from the line, and 39% from behind the arch. She also added 3.5 steals and 2 blocks per game. We also can’t leave out her 62 point explosion against East Troy. She stuffs the stat sheet every single time she touches the court. Her amazing play and eye popping stats have gotten her 8 offers and dozens of other schools interested already. Her great play also notched her conference player of the year and first team all-state honors. As Teagan gets ready for her junior season, the whole state and possibly country, are looking forward to what she can do next.
Shae Kelley Shae Kelley 5'9" | PG Brookfield East | 2024 State WI – 5’9 PG – Brookfield East
After averaging 11/5/4.5, Shae earned her self first team all-conference and all-state honorable mention awards. She is a capable scorer who shoots at a clip of 43% but is also a more than capable defender. She put up 5.5 steals per game and also half a block per game. Shae hails from a conference that is stacked with talent but that has not stopped her from being a top player in Milwaukee. As she looks forward to her junior season, we can expect her to take another step up and become an even better player. Her team will be relying on her heavily and this is a challenge that she has more than enough talent to take on. Look for her to become a household name by the end of next season.
Ally Timm Ally Timm 5'11" | SG DSHA | 2024 State WI – 5’11 SG – DSHA
Hailing from the same conference as Shae, Ally is also a force to be reckoned with. She averaged 15/5/1 and shot the three at almost 40%. She is a more than capable scorer and this led to her receiving first team all-conference honors and multiple college offers already. We can only expect her offensive numbers to go up as she will be having an even larger role on the team next season. Ally will be looking to lead her team to a better season and she is more than talented enough to do so. Look for her to cement herself as one of the best players in Milwaukee this upcoming season.
