[player_tooltip player_id="202412" first="Allie" last="Turner"] (Napheesa Collier Elite 2023-Olufson): The 5’9" point guard played a big role in her team’s run to the Elite 40 championship. Her ball handling and playmaking skills were on point as she dropped dimes to open cutters and open shooters in their comfort areas. She is capable of getting a bucket from all three levels and she can shoot it from 3-point range very well. She is always poised with the ball and she doesn’t let herself get sped up. She just picked up an offer from Providence in the past few days.

[player_tooltip player_id="194409" first="Chantrel" last="Clayton"] (Lady Brad Beal Elite 2023): The 5’7" point guard from Cardinal Ritter led Lady BBE to a berth in the Gold bracket championship game of the Elite 40. She was very creative off the dribble in getting buckets at all three levels. She worked very well off the high ball screen and she was turning the corner to get into the lane. She could either blow by defenders with her quickness or she would free them with her hesi move, which would lead to a layup or an easy drop off to an open teammate for a bucket.

Ari Mosley (DC Queens 2024): The 5’6" point guard from Kickapoo is very quick and plays with super energy and activity at both ends of the court. She was quite the pest on the defensive end as she hounded opposing ball handlers with her on-ball pressure. She was always diving on the floor and getting after loose balls. She was tough with her dribble penetration and she could knock down the open 3-pointer.

Chloe Bukowski (Kingdom Hoops 2024): A 5’6" point guard from Southern Boone who did a nice job shooting the 3-pointer. She has a good form, a smooth release and she gets good elevation and you can see by the picture. She also has a quick first step to get to the basket off the dribble. She has quick reactions on the defensive end to stay in good position along with some quick hands to get strips and force turnovers.
<img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-277277" src="https://prephoops-uploads.s3.amazonaws.com/pgh/uploads/2021/04/Layla-Scott-300x240.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="240" />
[player_tooltip player_id="235459" first="Layla" last="Scott"] (Della Lamb 3SSB 2024): The 5’5" point guard from Truman has a nice shooting stroke from 3-point range. She moves well and she can come off the screen to shoot it. She can distribute the ball well as she made some nifty pocket passes off the pick and roll. She’s very smooth off the dribble with a nice crossover move and the ability to change directions.

Chase Giddings (Midwest United 3SSB 2023): The 5’7" point guard from Lift for Life helped her team to the Platinum bracket championship in the Indigo Division. While playing up a level, she came off the bench and was able to change the flow with her defensive presence as she rotated into the right spots to get steals. She also rebounded well from the guard position. She was getting into the lane effectively and was able to hit the open 3-pointer.
[player_tooltip player_id="194539" first="Presley" last="Holweg"] (Southeast Dynasty 2023-Osborne): A young guard from Delta who did a good job while playing a year up with the 2023s. She plays a high-energy game at both ends of the court. She rebounds well from the guard position and she is an aggressive defender. She can shoot the 3-pointer off the catch and she also did a good job of attacking the basket and finding the openings in the defense to make her move.

[player_tooltip player_id="335948" first="Gabby" last="Rose"] (Della Lamb Gold 2024): The 5’6" point guard from Liberty North who was aggressive in attacking the basket and putting pressure on the defense. She had an effective crossover move and a hesi dribble to get into the lane to hit the runner or score with either hand. Her head is always up to locate the open teammate with the pass. She plays fast, yet she still makes good decisions with the ball while on the move because she stays under control.

[player_tooltip player_id="208004" first="Boo" last="Anderson"] (Kingdom Hoops 2024): The 5’7" combo guard is a lefty with solid handles and good shifty moves that keep opposing defenders off balance. She uses her strength to ward off defensive pressure and she can deliver the right pass. She can also play off the ball with her ability to penetrate and knock down the open 3-pointer.
