Brooke Jones-5'6 SG (Austin Elite RFW) 2023

Jones made a huge impact on her squad after being out most of the first half of the club season. She's strong on the boards, in fact, outrebounds taller players yet that's because she understands positioning, as well as her role and her "on the ball" defense coupled with her scoring off the dribble has been huge. So has her jumper

[player_tooltip player_id='464857' first='Sara' last='Casner']-5'6 SG/SF ( Hoop 10 United) 2023

Casner caught my eye last season at an event and both of my eyes at her team's camp. Yeah, we have the same initials but she definitely works harder than I do and her sacrificing her body to take charges as well as dive on the floor for loose balls is part of it. She has a nice jumper, she scores attacking the basket and she is a solid defender

Tyra Oliver-5'8 CG (Austin Elite RFW) 2023

Oliver can turn a game around in the blink of an eye, partly because she's "long and athletic" and I absolutely love watching her play the passing lane. She has good timing to block shots but her handling of the ball afterward is also impressive because she sees the floor very well and can drop the jumper or score off the dribble, yes she defends

[player_tooltip player_id='453168' first='Kaitlyn' last='McCarn']--5'8 SF (Team Ten 17U) 2024

McCarn is, how can say this "the straw that stirs the drink" and by that, she can stir her teammates up in numerous ways but let's start with she's "heady" and comprehends things so well like getting teammates involved, scoring after a huge steal off the dribble or knocking down a big shot. She's also vocal and just keeps everything together

Grace Frazier-5'4 SG (MO Legacy 16U) 2024

Frazier has Cosell's voice going through my head every time she takes a hard hit "down goes Frazier" yet she always gets up. She is one f the toughest players I saw all season, well she was the catcher on her State Champion softball squad yet her ability to make bg plays, like steals and dropping the 3 or layup at the buzzer always grabs me but so does her playing the passing lane and seeing the floor

[player_tooltip player_id='850278' first='Lexi' last='Arzate']-5'11 PF/C (Austin Elite RFW) 2024

Arzate was a big pickup for RFW, literally and figuratively, because she just played within herself and contributed every time she touched the court. She showed me the midrange the first time I saw her, then off the dribble yet the "hands and footwork" were respected as well. She rebounded, on both ends and defended, nice upside

[player_tooltip player_id='158860' first='Mariah' last='Houston']-5'3 PG (16U TRU FAM Team Truth) 2024

Houston was virtually unknown, by me, yet after seeing her at a camp, se was added to the PGH Top 100 Texas, it doesn't take me long and I know what Im looking at so what I enjoy most about her game is her unselfishness. She can drop 25 almost effortlessly yet she does something that a lot of people will never get and that's "makes those around he better" Mid to long-range, off the dribble, check and double check but her "on the ball" defense as well as seeing the floor SIMS it up
