2023s City Rankings – Orange County

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Here are some girls we polled on social media and some we have watched play for years play the game they love called Basketball. These girls have worked on their games and have become the players they are now cause of their hard work and determination to be the best. Some are at powerhouse schools and some are not, but one thing is for sure, they know how to play and compete. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='104205' first='Caia' last='Elisaldez'], Mater Dei HS</strong> - Caia is a monster on the court at her positon as point guard, she is quick, she is strong and she is has a very high IQ for the game. She is a true lead guard and she is skilled at getting by her defender and finishing at the rim with athleticism and flare. She can split the double team and dish, she can get to the rim an score with contact, she keeps her focus on the court and that is what makes her a top girl in Orange County and in the state.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='388416' first='Ashley' last='Heyer'], Crean Lutheran HS</strong> - Ashley is one of the enforcers for her team, she has great size and is a capable perimeter player as well as in the paint. She is skilled out to the freethrow line and can attack the rim and finish with consistency. She is skilled in the paint and has soft hands that can catch and finish over her opponents with ease, mostly do to the mismatch. She can shoot it out to three point line, but her strengths are the midrange shots.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='388393' first='Shanna' last='Brown'], Aliso Niguel HS</strong> - Agile forward for her team that knows how to play the game, she is crafty on the floor with the dribble and always relocates on the floor to get scores for her team.  She is one of the primary scorers for Aliso and she is pretty good at it as well, she is capable of scoring from all three levels on the floor and she finished in double digits the game that I watched her play.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='388391' first='Bella' last='Vosper'], Esperanza HS</strong> - Big inside presence for her team, she is agile and can get up and down the floor and demand rebounds in the paint.  She plays hard on each and every possession and she is willing to set some hard screens for her teammates.  She is a willing defender in the paint, she fight and relocates and is in the right spot almost every time down the floor.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
