Josie Grunzinger (Parkway West): A 5’10” 2025 forward who did an excellent job in the five on five scrimmages at both ends of the court. She was getting buckets in a variety of ways, including the transition game where she ran the court well and got several easy scores. She has an excellent shooting touch around the basket with short jumpers and flip shots in the paint. She could also step out and hit the mid-range jumpers off the catch.
Antonia Pratt (Pattonville): A 5’9″ 2023 forward who has good length and displayed good athleticism at both ends of the court. She was very effective on the defensive end as she was able to get deflections and block shots. She’s mobile and she drove to the basket well while also hitting the open 3-pointer from the top of the key.
Sydney Gorsuch (Cor Jesu): A 2025 shooting guard who displayed a very resourceful offensive game during the camp. She had some solid moves off the dribble to get by defenders, including a nice spin move in the lane to get herself a bucket. She was able to operate well in tight spaces in the lane, plus she could make the open 3-pointer.
Jayjhness Ward (Parkway West): A 2025 point guard who was one of the best at the camp at attacking the basket and getting downhill on the drive. She was very aggressive and always looking to probe the defense for open driving lanes. She also did a very good job finishing, especially when she was able to get to her dominant right hand.
Ellie Tiburzi (Mary Queen of Peace): A 2027 point guard who more than held her own while playing against the older players during the day. She is an excellent ball handler with good poise and a nice feel for the game. She did a good job handling defensive pressure and she could also penetrate into the lane and make the right pace. She could also make the open perimeter shot.
