From the Top 100 prospects in the 2023 class, Prep Girls Hoops New Jersey continues to tell you about the best players in the state and most intriguing prospects to keep an eye out for. Having finished up the bottom 10 of the Top 100, let's get into the 80s now, talking about the No. 90-86 rising seniors in the Garden State.

No. 90: [player_tooltip player_id='481605' first='Morgan' last='Groff'] - 5-8 SG/SF, Watchung Hills

Groff's junior season was exactly the season people had been waiting for out of her and while she showed glimpses of her ceiling as a sophomore, it was last fall where she broke out. This is a versatile player, someone who can play as a guard or forward, someone who can shoot, drive, dish out, defend, crash the glass, etc. Anything you might need out of her, Groff will produce and shine on the floor. This senior season for her is going to be nothing short of spectacular.

No. 89: [player_tooltip player_id='481551' first='Samantha' last='Jones'] - CG, Vineland

Another spectacular versatile prospect, though Jones fits more of that guard archetype, she's really blossomed into a playmaker at the top of the key for Vineland. Her defense, to us, is the best part of her game and in her high school career, Jones has averaged nearly four steals a game. That's not by accident: she's aggressive on the defensive end and will do what she can to prevent good looks at the basket.

No. 88: [player_tooltip player_id='321602' first='Alexa' last='Lora'] - 5-5 SG, Ramapo

Lora might not have the offensive success of some of the other players ranked around her, but we put her here because of how good of a three-point shooter she's become for Ramapo. Perimeter shooting is her primary game and she's really found a way to execute at a high level from beyond the arc, with a quick release and great agility to get her away from defenders and into open looks.

No. 87: [player_tooltip player_id='321562' first='Karma' last='Payne'] - PF, Life Center Academy

Payne moved to LCA as a junior after a strong two years at Glassboro and had moments last season. However, while we have her ranked her, she's someone who took quite a bit to get adjusted to the new environment at Life Center and didn't quite have the same success as she did in South Jersey. Hopefully, that will come in time as a senior and she'll really be able to show out from the post.

No. 86: [player_tooltip player_id='321560' first='Hope' last='Goodwine'] - SF, Highland

We didn't quite get to see enough of Goodwine as a junior last season after missing all but Highland's season opener due to injury. When healthy, she's one of the best small forwards in the state and attacks the basket so well on offense. Let's not forget about her defense, which in the Covid-shortened 2021 season, produced nearly 5.5 steals a game from her. Highland is going to be a completely different team with a healthy Goodwine anchoring the roster.
