We're still going through our rankings here at PGH NJ, of which there's quite a lot to go over. Just for ranked players alone between the 2023 and 2024 classes, we have 450 and well over 600 players ranked in total. Let's start from the bottom of the 2024 rankings and work our way up. Here are the No. 200-196 ranked prospects in the 2024 class.

No. 200: [player_tooltip player_id='407000' first='Janie' last='Henderson'] - PF, Hopatcong

The biggest thing we saw from Henderson last season was progress, especially on the offensive side of the ball. She's going to benefit greatly from more playing time and is finding her stride inside the perimeter. The more she continues to challenge opponents closer to the basket, the more she'll realize how much success she can find. However, she needs to find consistent success, which higher playing time will only help to secure.

No. 199: [player_tooltip player_id='489484' first='Kiera' last='Docherty'] - CG, Lyndhurst

Docherty excelled from beyond the arc last season and continues to show off her three-point stroke in a big way for Lyndhurst. She's expected to be one of the main, if not the main shooter for the Golden Bears this coming season, and that much growth in a season is already incredibly encouraging. We're excited to see how much that growth will continue into her junior year at Lyndhurst.

No. 198: [player_tooltip player_id='489483' first='Katie' last='Lynn Schneider'] - PF Secaucus

Fantastic growth from Schneider in a season, which is the theme of a number of players on this list, especially those toward the bottom of this list. She's a sneaky double-double candidate this season after what she was able to do as a sophomore, averaging 5.7 rebounds a game in 2021-22. Having shown solid defense and an ability to score, the future is bright for Schneider.

No. 197: [player_tooltip player_id='489488' first='Saoirse' last='Twomey'] - PG, Saddle Brook

Twomey knows how to get herself into positions to score and did it quite often in her first season on varsity for Saddle Brook. She mixed together a consistent three-point shooting barrage with inside scoring and working contact to get to the foul line. While not the prettiest of offensive sets all the time, Twomey just knows how to score and she takes advantage of any mismatches in her way.

No. 196: [player_tooltip player_id='489001' first='Alyssa' last='Rice'] - SG, Piscataway

Rice had a fantastic sophomore season for Piscataway on the offensive side of things, averaging nearly 10 points a game while knocking down over 1.3 three-pointers a game. However, what we want to see of her more moving forward is how much she'll round out her game on the defensive side of the ball a part that was lacking last season. Offense can take you a long way, but being able to turn defense into offense can turn a good player into a great one.
