Riverside County Top 5 High School Previews – Part 1

Remember, this is our opinion and it has no bearing on how teams will perform this season as a guarantee, but these schools are all in the running to do a little something. SG, [player_tooltip player_id='104798' first='Serenity' last='Johnson']</strong> - Serenity is that do it all player that will do whatever is needed for her team to get a win, she is not selfish and is willing to be a defender and best teammate out there in our opinion.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2024, 5'6, PG, [player_tooltip player_id='209987' first='Morgan' last='Hawkins']</strong> - Morgan is slick and smooth, strong guard with a nice skillset as well, she is skilled at putting the clamps on defenders and she is a threat to score at anytime.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Corona Santiaga HS (24-10) (7-3) </strong>- <strong>Coached by Mike Mitchell </strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2025, 5'10, SF, [player_tooltip player_id='448431' first='Emery' last='Tubbs']</strong> - Skilled combo guard and small forward that knows how to play the game, she did a lot for her team this season and is improving with each and every game we watch her play. Dynamic guard with a nice skillset to her.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2025, 5'8, PG, [player_tooltip player_id='448430' first='Tierra' last='Taylor']</strong> - Nice size guard that can get to the rim and finish thru contact as well as a good defender that is capable of shutting down her opponent for good.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>2025, 5'9, SG, [player_tooltip player_id='448432' first='Jayda' last='Cobbs'] </strong>- Jayda is tough guard who showed us some game in the finals last year, she was able to score, was able to defend and was a great teammate, made passes at the right time and was willing to take a charge, love that.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
