Continue ReadingSydney does a nice job moving at the rim and displayed some good talent with or without the ball. Can run the floor and showed some grit and a solid presence on the court. She is only a freshman and once she established some experience of the high school level, I would expect her game to continue to grow.
Alexa does an outstanding job around the rim defensively and is a solid rebounder. Loves to push the ball and her hustle creates open looks for teammates. She makes buckets with contact and can play through it. She has good body control in the paint and uses the glass well.
Heading into her freshman season, she shows good quickness from the guard spot, with good handles and showed some very good active play on the defensive end. She is capable of slashing and scoring off the pass. Has good court sense and is capable of running the offense. Does a nice job in transition and is able to be productive with and without the ball.
Another solid rising guard who looks to make an impact at Reynoldsburg for a solid program. She is able to penetrate well or do damage from the perimeter with good consistency. Loves to play fast, can push the tempo and play in a transition offense. (featured photo above)
The first thing that stood out to me from this freshman is her ability to help her team from the perimeter. She can score from the outside and is a proficient guard. Katelyn didn’t back down as she looks to grow her game. Scrappy player who showed good work ethic and is a hard-nosed player.
This sophomore has seen her game improve, and she played well at this event. She showed the ability to play through contact and displayed a good short-range game. While she is only a sophomore, this guard looks to just keep getting better.
Highlights
Jenna showed me a strong, versatile player who is able to play well in the paint with good moves to the rim. She also has good body control and can finish. Defensively, Jenna was scrappy and can play solid on-ball defense. The sophomore from Kings is a player who should continue to improve and grow all aspects of her game.
