We begin with those who received offers and Ewing guard Te’Yala Delfosse Te’Yala Delfosse 6'2" | SF Ewing | 2024 State NJ , who has been quite active on that front in recent weeks. Delfosse announced Wednesday on Twitter that she received an offer from Quinnipiac.
These offers rolling in for her are well-deserved and a quick hats off goes to Team Sharp, who has seen a number of its players receive college offers or commit to play college basketball in the past few months. Delfosse is poised for a great season with Ewing coming up after a fantastic sophomore year.
Our final prospect offer for this article is Central (Newark) forward Faith Fedd-Robinson Faith Fedd-Robinson 5'11" | SF Newark Central | 2024 State NJ , who received an offer from Manhattan College, posting it on her Twitter on November 5.
Fedd-Robinson has been nothing short of an absolutely electric player for Central, putting up a double-double average last season with over five blocks and steals a game, not to mention just a well-rounded resume of a player who’s continued to improve and continued to dominate teams and players left and right.
Now onto the four college commitments, beginning with the most recent, Ocean City guard Avery Jackson Avery Jackson 5'7" | CG Ocean City | 2023 State NJ , who announced on Twitter on November 2 her commitment to play for Montclair State.
Jackson found an extra gear last season, her breakout season for Ocean City where she hit 36 three-pointers and averaged double-figures in scoring overall. She just continues to excel at a high level on the floor and has grown plenty against stiff competition in AAU ball playing for United NJ.
Our next player commitment to talk about is Ranney combo guard Sarah Hughes Sarah Hughes 5'7" | PG Ranney | 2023 State NJ , who announced also on November 2 her commitment to play at Bates College.
Hughes has been one who has used the AAU circuit to get herself looks from a number of different places, but she also did show significant growth during the high school season, looking confident from the perimeter as well. That should give way to a great senior season for her.
Our third player commitment to discuss is Hightstown guard Kyla Glasser-Hyman Kyla Glasser-Hyman 5'6" | PG Hightstown | 2023 State NJ , who announced on November 1 her commitment to play at West Chester University.
Glasser-Hyman was nothing short of phenomenal and dominant last season for Hightstown, averaging over 21 points a game. This recognition was more than well-deserved and the Rams will be getting plenty of production from the point guard after what we expect to be an incredible senior year.
Our final college commitment to discuss in this article is Immaculate Heart forward/guard Julia Schutz Julia Schutz 5'11" | SF Immaculate Heart | 2023 State NJ , who announced on November 1 her commitment to play for Christopher Newport University.
Her production and playing time was reduced due to the Covid pandemic, but her junior season is where people finally saw the all-around force she can be on the floor. A great shooter and scorer, plus a stellar defender, Schutz has done the little things well while being able to execute in big situations.
