West Michigan Invitational Intimidating Defenders

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>On Thanksgiving Eve, nearly twenty high school teams converged on Grand Rapids Christian High School for the West Michigan Invitational Scrimmage. The GRC campus is beautiful, and I always love going to the west side of the state. Not only is Grand Rapids home to some of the best basketball in the state, it is also home to my favorite soup shop: Uncle Cheetah's. She was trailing the ball handler in transition and gave a slight nudge on the shooter's hip; this little bit of distraction went unnoticed by the ref but caused the shooter to miss her layup. I've pulled the same move a lot, and it is not easy to avoid being called for a foul.
