38 points vs Burlington

Kessinger had herself a game, dominating on both ends. The 6' small forward posted incredible numbers of 38 points on 60% shooting from the field. That point total is already incredible, yet she posted all around numbers of 12 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals, and 5 blocks. The forward got to the rim going either direction whether in isolation or from the on-ball screen. On the opposite end, Kessinger is capable defending three positions one on one while proving to be aware off the ball. Kessinger will be a key name within the 2023 class, given her all around impact on both ends.

36 Points vs Douglas County

Rohr has been a volume scorer with Liberty going back to last season, however her 7 three performance was simply incredible. Within the third quarter, the guard hit four straight threes before the opposing coach called timeout. There are few guards who possess her ability to heat up with force. While there is no doubt the guard will be a capable shooter yet again this season, Rohr's upside will depend on her free throw rate and passing volume to unlock her offensive upside. Although only 5'4, Rohr makes up for her size with scoring confidence from anywhere on the floor. This past season at Liberty, Rohr posted 17.8 points, 2.9 assists, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.9 steals per game.

22 Rebounds vs Rampart

Roscoe will be a difficult opponent to contain on the boards, proving all too physical for Rampart's frontcourt. The junior center for Mountain Vista provided a terrifying 22 rebounds, 7 of which came on the offensive side. Roscoe provided another 17 points within the performance, largely coming from putbacks and free throws. The big will be an imposing interior force for Mountain Vista, given her two-way rebounding tenacity.

10 Assists vs Lyons

Alstadt played a crucial role setting up teammates for easy looks around the rim. Both within the fullcourt and halfcourt, the guard made high yield passes with relatively low risk of turnovers.

[player_tooltip player_id='381378' first='Bethany' last='Long'] - Belleview Christian - 6 Blocks vs Lyons

Long so far has led all groups in blocks per game, at six. This figure checks out, given her well rounded junior statistics of 12.1 points, 10.9 rebounds, 3.1 steals and 3.3 blocks per game.

Another 2A name, the freshman guard opened up the year with 13 steals versus Platte Canyon. Although a small program, defense deserves praise no matter the level. Lybecker gathered a large number of these steals from weak side defensive possessions, attacking passing lanes with confidence.
