She can also step outside and knock down the high-arching 3-pointer off the catch.
Kayla Jansen (St. Joseph’s): The 6’2″ 2024 forward is a very fluid athlete who impacts the game at both ends of the court. She is an excellent shot blocker who uses her length and timing to get to shots without fouling. She also can grab the rebound and go coast to coast with her handles to get a transition layup. She has a quick jump inside and she grabs rebounds at the peak of her jump. She keeps the ball high to finish well inside.
Kori Robinson (Eureka): A 5’8″ 2024 forward who was very solid off the bench with her all around play. She does a lot of the little things to help her team succeed. She is always blocking out when a shot goes up and she will screen well. She also keeps herself in the right position on defense. She can also knock down the 3-pointer when she’s left open.
Moriyah Douglass (John Burroughs): A 6’3″ 2026 forward who looked very good in her high school debut as she fit in with a returning state championship team. She displayed a nice shooting touch from the baseline as she can hit the open jumper. She has height, length and the ability to handle the ball.. Her upside is substantial.
