Etiwanda HS - is moving along in the season like they always have, they tough, they are big and they play defense, that is one thing Coach Stan demands of his teams, they will sit down and lock up their opponents. The usual cast of players are always putting in the work as they should, [player_tooltip player_id='104797' first='Kennedy' last='Smith'], [player_tooltip player_id='390502' first='Jada' last='Taylor'], [player_tooltip player_id='160304' first='Sa'lah' last='Hemingway'] and [player_tooltip player_id='104202' first='Majesty' last='Cade'].

Win vs. Chaminade with a score of 74-43
Win vs, Cardinal Newman - TBA

Chaminade HS - Chaminade players that did their work were the following; Alysaa Saldana, Aliya Latif, Amiya Witt and Hunter Hudson. Although the struggled in the first two games they have a chance to get a win versus Antelope tomorrow in the 7th place game.

Loss to Etiwanda 43-74
Loss to San Joaquin Memorial 39-63

Cardinal Newman HS - Cardinal Newman won their first game, but with the luck of the draw they drew Etiwanda who is a tough competitior and will give you a run for the money. We are now waiting on the score to come back from this game, but when the results come up, we will all be amazed. Kate Schat, Janell Pena and [player_tooltip player_id='390496' first='Leah' last='Martinez'] all did great things on the floor for their team.

Win vs. San Joaquin Memorial - 59-51

San Joaquin Memorial HS - This team is very storng with the play of [player_tooltip player_id='267594' first='Sariah' last='Potts'], [player_tooltip player_id='104194' first='Malaysia' last='Williams'], [player_tooltip player_id='104188' first='Meadow' last='Roland'], [player_tooltip player_id='520583' first='Alexis' last='Swillis'] and with the addition of [player_tooltip player_id='104786' first='Jailynn' last='Clayton'] you have the makings of a very strong opponent and they are gonna come at you on both sides of the ball. This team is scary and will realize their total potential by playoff time.

Loss vs. Cardinal Newman 51-59
Win vs, Chaminade 63-39

Santiago HS - Santiago is a cast of young girls, they first got my attention last season watching them battle Corona Centennial and few other cahmpionship contenders. [player_tooltip player_id='265654' first='Queen' last='Ruffin'], Emory Tubbs, Jada Cobbs and Rhylee Ghent all had great showings in this event.

Loss vs. Oakland Tech - 57-62
win vs. Antelope - 56-53

Oakland Tech HS - Alwsys a competior in their own right, they are known for thier tough demeanor and bullying defenses on the floor, these kids play hard and do what they have to too win games. The never give up and their play shows it. Jada and Jala Williams, Taliyah Logwood, and [player_tooltip player_id='265662' first='Mari' last='Somvichian'] all did their work as usual for their team in these two games.

Win vs. Santiago - 62-57
Loss vs. St. Marys - 55-40

St. Marys HS - St. Marys cast of players has helped them to two wins in this event and put them in the Championship game against the might of Etiwanda and their strong game on both sides of the ball. [player_tooltip player_id='54091' first='Nia' last='Anderson'], [player_tooltip player_id='104791' first='Jordan' last='Lee'], [player_tooltip player_id='312842' first='Nyah' last='Buntun'] and [player_tooltip player_id='166835' first='Emani' last='King'] all contributed to their journey to the champiionship game.

Win vs. Antelope 55-40
Win vs. Oakland Tech - 74-57

Antelope HS - Naomi Johnson, [player_tooltip player_id='570446' first='Tiana' last='Spain'], [player_tooltip player_id='204061' first='Mary' last='Carter'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1252648' first='Evelini' last='Smith'] all contributed to the competitive games in this event with scoring, rebounding and defense, but they came up short twice and will be facing Chaminade in the 7th place game tomorrow. All these kids played hard and did what they coaches ask of them in our opinion, they all played hard...
